Very good and well said. Our players need to be educated on nutrition
Abe chutiye wo log 11-12 ghante phle china me land hue the aur sabse badi baat unko koi camp nahi Mila tha aur bench me bs 6 players the aadhe players pauche bhi nahi the
Hello Madam, Our players arrived 2hrs before the match, there were no training sessions, players had to sleep at the spa at Hong Kong Airport, & this is not our First (A) team, there is a FIFA Window so club didn't released some players for National Team matches. This is not cricket this is Football. First do some research about the team then will urge AIFF regarding any other matter but fitness ain't one.
Exactly
Clearly you have no clue why the fatigue set in. They had to travel 33 hrs..landed very close to the opening game which means no time for training sessions, no time to acclimatize to the conditions and most players are still in pre-season phase. Furthermore there is a big difference between general sport fitness and football specific fitness. Appreciate you pointing out the flaw but you should be mindful and do a bit of research before blatantly suggesting that that coaching staff dont focus on football fitness.
What kind of football expert are you if you do not know that the India team just reached China 18hrs prior to the mache after traveling 36hrs. Who can maintain fitness in this scenario?
