How does the interaction look when an order is voided or refunded? The standard integration just marks it as invoiced & paid, even when it's not. Wondering how this custom automation works compared to the standard integration? Wondering also how it would work when there is a local pickup?
Hi Mr.StainedGlass! Fro Voids/Refunds, you'll want to set up a separate integration action through Zoho Flow. There are triggers there for most Shopify activities that you can then route into the appropriate place in Zoho Inventory. A refund, for example, would be logged as a credit note. For local pickup, you'd want to make sure a Package/Shipment are still created against that Sales Order in Inventory. An easy way to automate this would be with a small Creator form, where you select the Sales Order, mark it as "Picked up Locally", then a script could trigger to automatically create the appropriate records in ZInventory

Is it possible to get into the detail of the connection scopes needed between books and inventory for the automation? Need to build the connection in my inventory.
When creating a zohobooks connection I am not sure of which scopes I am supposed to select. Can you please tell which scopes should be selected before connecting zohobooks?
