Hello, thanks for the detailed info. I have one simple question. Both on Zoho Books and inventory when a purchase order is created-sent-Billed-and received. For some reason, the incoming new stock/inventory does not get accounted for to the existing stock. Any advice you can give me. It’s extremely frustrating.
Hi Delavaga vaga, There are a few things you can check: first, make sure that inventory tracking is enabled for the particular item. To enable inventory tracking, sales and purchase information must first be populated, and then a checkbox to enable tracking can be selected. Second, there are two stock numbers, accounting stock and physical stock. Accounting stock increases whenever a bill is created. Physical stock increases whenever a purchase-receive is created. I love these tutorials. You guys seem to be the only ones in the whole internet who know what you are talking about all around Zoho.
