UNFORGIVENESS is a festering wound to our hearts that can spread if not treated. FORGIVENESS is the treatment, the antibiotic and bandaid that heals the wound.
As Jesus SUFFERED IN AGONY on the cross, his LOVING HEART gave Him the presence of mind to ask His Father to FORGIVE the very people who had put Him there and were beneath Him dividing His clothes among themselves. / I don't deserve the forgiveness my Savior has granted me. I deserve an eternity in hells fire but His merciful and loving FORGIVENESS has allowed me Heaven. ---- It may be hard at times to follow His example but it's His example we must follow if we desire further forgiveness for ourselves when we stumble. ( see Matthew 6:14-15 ) / May God be with each of you throughout this new day He's given us. ♥️ ✝️

I pray for my grands all the time for the unforgiven hurts their hearts hold. May God heal and help them.
Forgiveness is necessary for our spiritual growth and development. Forgiveness dosent help the person you're forgiving but it helps you. You withhold the right to pay back someone for a wrong done to you and you release the anger and hatred that is within your heart. Its hard to do at times but let's practice it because it is healing for the heart ❤.

This is why these devotions feel right. Because it connects with God’s Word and message. The world doesn’t need a pat on the head. We’re headed for some tough times and it will escalate moreso the closer we come to Jesus’s return. In other words, it’s not gonna get better. Normal isn’t coming back. But in the meantime we can hold on to God’s message and that he sent his only son to show us all the right way for our lives. Jesus is coming back and he is the only way. God bless everyone on this Thursday morning. Half way through July. Summer is flying faster than we can blink. Prayers for Israel and America and the rest of the world.

I struggle with this. How do I forgive my father who physically and mentally abused me my entire time at home? The horror of my childhood still haunts me today. I suffer PTSD, panic attacks and anxiety. What was done to me as a child by my father, no child should go through. How can I forgive a man who was supposed to be my father, protect and love me, but instead abused and harmed me over and over again. No father would do those things to child. I go through life seeing my father as a stranger to fear and avoid.
