Anyone else thought the Professor scenes look like Ultra Megapolis? This game just feels like Alola, idk what it is but that Houndoom cave scene… It may have bugs and graphical shortcomings but I haven’t had this much fun since BW/2
Well, now it seems they upped the budget for the cutscenes cuz now they use Motion Capture, the first game in the series…. The first mainline game in the series to actually implement Motion Capture….. that only makes it weirder that this game still doesn’t have voice acting. Like I get it, Pokemon has never had voice acting but they’ve also never had cutscenes like this before either. Without voice acting it just gives this sort of unfinished feel to the game.
What I wonder is, how does the story work in scarlet? In violet it is mentioned that the Professor only was able to build the AI with the help of the future, but how does that work with the past?
That was never mentioned, he says that it was impossible normally because of the actual level of technology, but then he explains that it was make possible thanks to the power of the crystals.
Anyone notice that when you rematch the Ai professors when their “you are challenged by (insert name)” part shows up it glitches out and says “AI Sada/AI Turo has no intention of fighting anymore”

Idc what anyone says, this game’s story was incredible and made me cry multiple times. It’s not perfect but it’s definitely in my top 3 pokémon games
