I teared up at the clock radio lady.... My grandfather would have loved to see something like that.. What a creative Mozart are. I have never commented on a video, but I love your channel more than most. You are such a special lady, a rare bird. Thank you
Oh, thank you, Angela! At first I thought you meant that your grandfather would be upset that I ruined that old radio. Whew! So glad you liked it. It was extra work trying not to damage the clock, so I was relieved at the end to plug it in and see that it still worked! 😀
My mother was very crafty when it came to repurposing stuff from around the farm for indoor and outdoor decor about 50 years before it became trendy. We never threw anything away and I still pick up stuff around the farm and out of my Dad’s tobacco barn to repurpose. I ran across a box full of Christmas cards collected over the years..not sure what the plan is but I drug them home.
❤My favourite project was the antique radio. At first I thought, “No, Sherry!” 😂 But as I watched your vision unfold I thought it was genius. If ever I’m lucky enough to come across a vintage radio that will be my project as well! Well done!❤
Totally agree!! She is so full of talent! My Dad had three of these old clock radios in his garage he’d hung onto. First thing I thought of when I saw this.
I am so thankful for your videos. I am disabled and can't go out much but I love to make things. IMHO you make the most creative wonderful decorations and all so inexpensively. I have learned much from you. May God bless you for sharing your ideas and techniques with us. ♥️
You are Amazing! I am beginning to tire of the Utube Gals using so many "Transfers" (In the hope that we will order them) We Never know what "DIY" you will show us and you display them so beautiful! I never tire of watching YOU!
The clock, love love it. The detail you put into it, just Beautiful. All these DIY's were great.. The snowflake really looked great after you put stain on it. Thank you 🎄
Sherry…YOU Are My FAVORITE Come To…For Any Home DIYs I’d Like To Try!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH…For Your Kindness And Making Our Projects So Enjoyable And Being So Sweet To Give Us Links To Your Printables!!! Not Many People Are So Generous - AS YOU ARE!!! It Really Means A LOT!!! THANK YOU SO KINDLY FROM THE TOP…TO THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
Thank you so much! I’ve been making a lot of things with sticks this year, and I think I could make that birdcage much faster using sticks if I tried it again!
I just love watching you! It seems like you have a never ending supply of ideas, which I'm so happy about! God bless you and thank you for all your tips and tricks!
Wow Sherry, you hit it out of the park today. Great ideas. Thanks. I recently acquired some vintage ornament boxes from a neighbor's FREE pile. I am so excited!
I did not even know that I liked Victorian Christmas decorations......and turns out that ......I do!!!!! What great ideas. While I don't have a vintage radio, now remember how awesome dioramas are. My head is swimming with ideas! Thank you.
My favorite was the Shiny Bright diorama. I love the bulbs and boxes. So glad to see these images, as I wouldn't want to destroy my boxes for decorations.
vintage radio is spectacular"""""!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but the boxes are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! congratulations applause applause!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, thank you, Sharen! That clock/radio was so well made-I wasn’t sure I was going to get those radio parts out! 😜 I, also, thought that I might have damaged the clock (with all my hammering), but I plugged it in, and it worked just fine!
You never cease to amaze me! I was sufficiently impressed when you made a bird cage ornament out of literally nothing, but then you go and "trim" vintage sheet music to a snowflake by catching it on fire! 😂 I don't know how you think of all these things! The angel wings were my favorite. I could see that piece being seasonal, or even adorning a wall in a shabby chic room with a centerpiece of pastel pink roses and cream-colored lace ribbon!
I love the clock radio village. I think my favorite is the vintage Christmas baubles box/diorama. Your crafting skills always floor me. I love everything you make.
The radio diorama and the vintage card wreath. But- -I was amazed when you did the snowflake and set the paper on fire! Who knew!? Well, obviously you did but I’d have been trying to cut around every little hole ! Now I know too. You always impart so much knowledge to us. Always look forward to your videos. Nothing ever looks tacky!!
Thank you so much, Linda! Did you see that some of the sheet music burned off one of the snowflake tips? I guess I didn’t put enough Mod Podge in that spot.
I have been viewing Christmas DYI videos on UA-cam for years. They have for the most part all been done before and are boringly repetitious. I just had to say, your Milk Cap Ornaments are the most unique and wonderful Christmas DIY I have ever viewed. Well done! And thank you so much for all of the printouts, much less free!
So hard to choose a favorite! I loved the simplicity of the vintage card wreath! Each project was so unique! Thanks for your creativity and sharing of your ideas!
I've ALWAYS loved dioramas ever since I was a child. They fascinated me. I was given diorama eggs as a child too and kept them til the sugars turned yellow 💛 😉
You are one the best creature’s I have watched. I also plug your channel on random comments I make. I want others to see just how beautiful your work is. Kathy Jo DIY is another great creative channel. You ladies are killing it………… 💝💝
As I watch your videos I say "this is my favorite" and I do that through the entire video. I look forward to seeing what you have in store for us every week. Thank you for sharing your talents.
I can't ever choose from such beautiful creative crafts. Love them all. If I were a friend or family member I would only want homemade gifts from you.🎄☺️
A lot of my inheritance from my grandmothers are scraps of this and broken pieces of that - all now may see new life in ornaments you inspire me to create!
You never disappoint! I was thrilled to see these, as they remind me of my childhood. At 56, many of these things are similar to the decor back then. Thank you for all of your wonderful ideas! Very few have the talent and creativity to come up with these. Every one of these is gorgeous. Many blessings!
I, too, am having a much harder time lately finding nice clocks to use for projects. I actually bought two off Facebook Marketplace to use for Christmas projects because I wasn’t seeing anything at the thrift stores.
All of your Creations were absolutely brilliant but I have to say I have a pension for the bird with the red thread in its beak! How utterly Whimsical I so enjoyed that.
I loved the door knocker, but I’m afraid my cat would love it even more. I can still try, by hanging it a bit higher. Thank you so much for all of your one of a kind ideas
Excellent projects! I could not choose because ALL of them were so unique and beautiful! Sherry you never disappoint with all any of your diys!!! Ty so much for sharing your ideas!!
I actually made two, but I wasn’t happy with how the other one turned out. I have an idea for improving it, so I will probably include it an upcoming video!
Was so thrilled to see the Shiny Brite ideas as I have been eyeing dioramas made with old boxes but didn’t have any. I also loved the wreath with the old fashioned card images.
I am so glad that I can share these box images with you. Even if I had some genuine Shiny Brite boxes, it would be hard for me to use them for crafts. I would probably just sit them on a shelf as decor.
I love vintage decorations so this was a fun video for me Sherry. My favorite was the wreath made from vintage Christmas card images. Just loved it! But I have to admit the Shiny Brite boxes ran a close second, since I still have some of my Mom's Shiny Brite ornaments and love them. They bring back wonderful memories.

Angela, I did too and for the same reason. Have a happy week💛🎄💛

I used my antique ornament boxes to create dioramas with vintage finds...one of my favorite craft ever.
Do you know how to explain how to convert the files so I can print it. I’m not having any luck with that process. Thank you
@@joellenschweikert3238 No, since I have original boxes never even tried
I watched this video twice because all of these pieces were so good. Thanks for all of the printables. And thanks for the vintage ideas.

Oh, thank you, Sharen! That clock/radio was so well made-I wasn’t sure I was going to get those radio parts out! 😜 I, also, thought that I might have damaged the clock (with all my hammering), but I plugged it in, and it worked just fine!
I just can't decide. So I won't. I loved them ALL!!! This sparked so many memories. 🥰
👎HACKERS!!! YOU WILL BE CAUGHT!!!👎
For me, the little hand made birdcage takes first place, it's wonderful, Cherie. Thank you! ❤🐦🙏✝❤

Thank you, Marilyn! I hadn’t thought of it, but you are right about the angel wings. They would look even prettier with pink roses and lace!!!🥰
