Redoing vintage ornaments is better then going to a dump. And whoever donated them were not sentimental and obviously didn't care. You are saving them. They are so cute. Keep doing what you're doing.

Once again, you took something I'd never have touched, and turned it into something I love. I'm an artist (sculptor, miniaturist, etc.), and I'm supposed to be hard-wired to look down on "crafters" (or so I'm told by some other artists who think they're super special because they were fortunate enough to have been born with an innate talent), but I think anyone who can take an old or boring item and make it beautiful IS an artist. I hate the attitude that a few uppity members of the art community have about diy crafting channels. We're all artists, we just have different talents and mediums, and we call ourselves different things. I don't know how anyone could not see that what Brandy, and many other diy crafting channels, do is absolutely an art form in and of itself. I think Brandy is an incredibly talented artist, and her diy projects are always unique and beautiful art pieces when she's done with them. I was born in '75, btw. 😊

I love vintage! We dont teach or children to believe in Santa, due to our Christian faith, but I still love decorating with him in my vintage decor. We still appreciate the story. Its really hard to pick a favorite, because they were all adorable, but I guess I would have to pick the baby deer. Thank you so much for the inspiration ❤

Born in 71 so a little older...lol. Always left Santa cookies and carrots in something vintage, like old mini pans

Growing up (in the 90s) those wooden ornaments were my brother and my favorite ones to put on. We always saved those for last. My parents were married in the early 80s so I am guessing they are from that time period. I love the Santa ornament you made because I think it's the most nostalgic for me. My family is very far apart and this year we're all flying to be together for the first time in 15 to 20 years, for my grandmother. I can't wait to hear laughter and kids screaming down the halls again and my grandmother reading the nativity. 😊

I'm in my 60s, believe me I enjoy Vintage. Anyone who doesn't enjoy anything Vintage, must not appreciate History. It's such a beautiful way to be able to relive wonderful fond memories!!! The little wooden ornaments look like Erzgebirge style ornaments. Those were big in the late '70's and early '80's in Germany when I lived there, but I think their origins are actually much, much older.

That is garland and the stringy stuff is tinsel, lol! My Grandma had the little Santa in the chimney. It's circa the 1950's. I love vintage things. I have a couple sets of my Grandma's 1950's-1960's glass ornaments. Since we got 2 kittens a year ago who like my tree too much, I don't use them anymore. Everyone swears they'll out grow this habit. Last year I helped them along by putting them in a crate for their bad behavior. Nowadays, they get locked in the bathroom! ❤❤❤
I've gone with a woodland theme this year indoors. Outdoors is my Candyland tree. It will have many kinds of sweets on it! I'm very excited. I've been making ornaments since 1st of September. I'm hoping to have 150 done in the next 2 weeks! 😂😂😂

These are sooooo adorable. I kept so many of my mothers and grandmothers vintage ornaments to do exactly like this. There’s nothing like restoring them. You still can tell their age. It sure beat them going to the trash. One of my favorites is an elf on the shelf looking elf that’s much smaller than the popular one (but looks exactly like his face) that I discovered in my grandmothers decorations. It was from at least the 60’s so it was from before I was even born (I was born in 73 also). When I had my first child, I thought his Christmas shoes were so darn cute that I just put a Christmas hook on them and hung them on the tree each year afterwards. I still have them. I suppose this is why the Christmas stocking ornament is my favorite one that you made. It reminded me of his shoes. But I loved them all. 😎

I honestly don’t believe your trolls who complain about your vintage ornaments are irritated that you are actually using vintage items. I believe it is more of a jealousy thing that you have the vintage items to use, Or they’re just being trolls, Meaning it doesn’t matter what you use or make, that’s not the point. The point is they put their complaint in to your channel. I’m sure you know this though. 🙈🥴🤭🤷🏻♀️

I absolutely love your vintage tart ornaments including the SANTA ornament with the frosted tree and grass. I have to say though that my favorite one is the sweet little deer with the vintage looking holly berries! You do amazing work. I think you hit the mother load with these tarts and sweet vintage ornaments!! So we’ll done!

I can't pick a favorite. They are all so cute. When I was a child Santa brought me a set of cookware just like the pieces you found. It had muffin tins and layer cake pans too. I used to "cook" mudpies in them and feed them to my younger brother. 😂 I would love to find another set but a vintage one not a shiny modern one. After all. I'm 70 so I'm vintage too.

I just went to a huge craft show this past weekend. Probably about 100+ vendors and a lot of them were selling vintage ornaments. I was in heaven. I have so many that I love from this video including the cute little SANTA, the sweet little fawn at the end and the tiny red stocking BUT my most favorite is the snowman/woman on the teal tart tin.
