Hey Pet or Phill has this sold yet? I've just about got all the flooring done. Paints all done, then its going on the market. My mortgage company is trying to get me to take out a home equity line of credit down here on Dauphin Island. I told them, their crazy! Insurance has put a huge dent in my budget! I lived in Harpswell when i lived up there before and on Bailey's Island. That was real special. Now I'm ready for another Island in Maine if its available. 😊😊
wow, I'm rather surprised by the lack of information re the lot, other property owners, etc, etc. One thing you could count on with a McPhail vid, lots of info..walking the lot, not so much with this one.
Any chance the owner would be open to owner financing? 35% down for an offgrid loan and even getting bank financing for this would be difficult given the access problems.
