Feel free to eat more bacon. Omega 6's from bacon are good for you. Please do not compare Omega 6's from pigs to Omega 6's from oils. Cool cooking method for no splat- Cut a pound of bacon in half down the middle. Then cut the 2 halves down the middle as well. Then in a tall pot, separate all pieces and throw them in the pot. Cook on high and put the cover on. Every 2-3 minutes stir. Once the bacon browns, turn the heat down to med-hi. Continue to cook. Near the end, turn heat down a bit more. When done, slotted spoon to remove....No oil splatter.

I grew up drinking raw milk, my uncle was a farmer and had cows that he milked for his personal use. My mother skimmed off the cream and churned it into butter. I took this all for granted back then, get it here in Kentucky anymore.
I'm in KY. There are sources! They do a co-op "herdshare". A monthly payment for cow "expenses" gets you 4-5 gallons a month then you can pay for more. Because they are legally part owned by you it's not legally "selling" you the milk.

Raw milk isn’t bad for you if it is older. It goes soured after about 5 days or so. It just tastes sour. Clabbered milk is milk left out on the bench in certain temperatures. You can make cheese and other products out of it.
I have been drinking a gallon of raw milk a day without any weight gain at all. I love it!
is that all you eat?
Wow! That’s a lot of milk. I love raw milk but it has the opposite effect on me, I gain weight quickly on 8 to 16 ounces a day.
Wow… do you eat anything else much besides the milk?… just wondering because I’ve been consuming Raw Milk for several years because I really love it so much…but it appears I’ve actually put on weight from it… any feedback you can share would be so appreciated. Thank you Bill 😇
@@pampaulworldwide1870 Drinking a lot of milk is an old-school bodybuilder's method of gaining weight. It was called GOMAD = Gallon of milk a day. Milk can spike insulin and can definitely help you gain weight, so I wouldn't drink several cups a day if I were trying to lose weight. Having said all that, I think you would gain a lot more weight if you ate tons of refined carbs.

I've been switching to a more A2/A2 milk, it's helped me with my arthritis in my knees, ankle and back as much. We're in NE Ohio and we've been going to a local farm for more of our foods and it's been a huge improvement.
Ive found that drinking milk curbs my appetite for sweet treats. I would prefer to have a large glass of milk by itself
What a fantastic idea to add orange LMNT to the milk!!! 🍊🥛
Raw milk also naturally has interferon in it..which supports your immune system.
I started doing the orange LMNT with milk in a blender bottle (makes a nice foam) because of you.
Yessss! So good!
I injured my lower back from heavy deadlift for a year and it's started to get even more pain around my right hip with sciatica nerve never got much better though I did a lot of rehab n mobility. Except she gives wrong information as fact. Raw milk does not spoil. The good probiotics and enzymes grow and transforms the milk into even more of a superfood.
Thank you for spreading the good message! Raw milk is one of the healthiest foods on earth wich is why they demonized it.
So I remember when I was an undergrad at an A&m university in the midwest and when the dairy barn had raw milk available the word would get out and spread like wildfire. There were fights in line because there were limited supplies. They charged a dime for a large glass. and people would stand around and drink it like it was the nectar of the gods. Yeah, good stuff!
I appreciate you sharing the sites on where to help find local farmers! So valuable, thank you!
Thank you Lillie! I love your cow dress too :)
Hello, from a small farm in Wyoming that produces raw jersey milk. 🙋♀️
Your husband is flash pasteurizing the raw milk by adding it to hot coffee.
We're raw goat milk drinkers here in Alaska!!! Delicious!!!
I’ve been drinking raw milk for a week now and I love it!! It tastes sooo good to me!
Raw milk is amazing for me and my family. Stuff is magic.
It's legal in Idaho, but most of the regular stores don't carry it. Usually some kind of smaller market. Milk is also on the list for being good for electrolytes.
We drank WARM raw milk straight from the animal and ate raw dairy since 8 months old, raw goat milk first then transitioned to raw cow milk. I'm surprised that she can't drink raw milk on its own, it's DELICIOUS but she's masking it with strawberry powder with

Im in the uk, never got on with any milk available in normal english supermarkets my whole life, but finally found a way to order some raw A2 milk in refrigerated packaging overnight delivery over the internet, been drinking around 400mls a day and so far so good, none of the usual bloating, stomach ache etc. its not cheap but feels like a huge win!
Where do you live in the uk mate?
I'm in the UK too. I order my raw milk from a small family run farm in Lancashire, gets delivered over night, I ordered 10/12 pints a week, I also order raw cream. I feel like a god when I drink and eat raw dairy, it's so bloody tatsy. My milk is from A2 cows, most of them jerseys, it's so creamy and delicious, more a magnolia yellow colour and a thicker more delicious consistency.

I found raw kefir at sSprouts, it’s clearly labeled not for human consumption. I wondered if people were drinking it, since it’s right next to the human milk.
I am currently trying to eliminate myself down to lions carnivore eating, however when I start adding I will look again for the raw kefir

When I lived in a big city I used to get microfiltered milk in organic shops, which isn’t pasteurized but has some bacterias removed anyway. The taste was absolutely heavenly compared to the usual milk!
Can’t wait to try raw milk, hopefully it’s even tastier 😋
If it's filtering out bacteria then how do you know it's not filtering out beneficial bacteria?
Perhaps when they do testing they tell you the percentage of what remains of the milk on the label. Plus, some of that beneficial bacteria can just repopulate if it was slightly stripped anyway.
@@anthonyman8008 The bacteria in the milk is not why milk is healthy. It's the nutrients.

Thank you so much for your great idea in cooking quality bacon… I’m definitely going to try it!
Do you happen to know if the omega 6 oils in the bacon grease are good for other uses too (like pie crusts maybe?) since it sounds like they are very good for us to consume?
It is legal in the state of Florida. I buy it at my produce shop. It can be sold at these shops. There are multiple locations for wainwright milk products in Florida. You can buy it raw, raw but pasteurized not homogenized.
What's weird is raw milk is illegal for sale in Virginia per the website, but I buy it from a local mom and pop grocery store as 'not for human consumption'. I hope they never get caught! The health benefits and taste are so much better than anything pasteurized.
That's because they can probably sell it legally as long as the disclaimer is on the label...for pet consumption only. It's the same way here in Georgia.
Where in VA can I buy ?

I recently noticed that with myself as well! I add heavy cream in my coffee with no sugar I find no need for sugar with heavy cream
I love the taste of cow raw milk. I love it... It is so fresh and lasts a long time in the fridge... It is so full of nutrients, look them up. Amazing. It took pain away from my wrist that I had for like 2 decades. I have been drinking it for 6 years now... I wish I started sooner
Raw milk sours it doesn't spoil. It becomes fermented. Goes to butter milk then it goes to yogurt.
The opening though!!! Yess girl, love it. Lol 😂

Raw vegetables have been consumed enthusiasticly by health conscious folks for the longest time. (Ironically, raw vegetables can be very dangerous in this form, yet are still consumed. Yet Raw milk suffers this bad rap as being dangerous.)
Dutch Meadows if you're in NY and meed a raw dairy source. I pickup from Washington Heights every week.
0:55 This is my situation for milk/dairy as well, seriously raw milk works? I'm buying land in the countryside of Colombia, going to have chickens and cows. Praying that I can tolerate raw dairy by then so that I can make butter/ghee, cheese, cream, etc. Straight from the source!

I finally found my source of raw REAL milk here in Moses Lake WA at Settlers downtown, which sells raw milk and cream from 2 local farms. Thanks for all your videos; don't stop.
In Canada its illegal to get raw milk, in the past they pressed criminal charges against people dealing with raw milk. They did not even sell it, it was a coop and their own cows they used for raw milk and still they get prosecuted.
This is so screwed up I'd probably get pissed and bought it secretly anyway, paying in cash. Thankfully I don't live there.
That's what Canada is about - a totalitarian state, dictating what people can and can't do. Your top guy is a Globalist puppet. Governments should NOT have the control over our lives the way they do. Their powers should be for maintaining law and order, should be directly represented by the people, for the people, protecting our borders, and that's it. They should stay out of our lives and decisions about our lives.
Good information but people need to know about homogenization to it breaks the fat molecules in the individual cells, which is not good for you
I would have to do some math but I think I have you beat. I drink a liter per day. I make it into kefir though.
Nice! Kefir is a great probiotic as well! Your gut microbiome must be happy!
@@LillieKanedo you think drinking more than your 16 ounces of raw milk per day would cause weight gain Lil? I have also wondered if you would ever do some research or a video looking into the hormones in milk causing issues for especially us women?
Where I live, you must raise your own cow (or goat) if you want raw milk. It is illegal to sell it.
If you are unable to get Raw Milk for whatever reason, Half and Half is the closest thing in the Dairy Aisle. Just remember that "Whole Milk" is what's left after you remove the Cream ( used for Whipping cream, Butter, etc.). Half and half contains 10-18% fat as opposed to 3% Whole Milk. Just an option.
If you have tried it, how does your gut react to the pasteurized A2 products vs A2 Raw?
You dont need to take a lactase supplement. Raw milk contains lactase. Pasteurized milk does not due to heating the milk. Im lactose intolerant and i can drink and eat raw products without a problem like many other lactose intolerant people
I use to get a gallon of raw milk about 20 years ago on in Georgia from a farm supplier but lost his contact, I must say it's delicious. I want to start it again and find some good sourced farmers
