If you are the one who generates a feeling of anguish, would it be better to completely distance? To avoid harm. Or is it better to keep a little distance until we feel better? And let the other person decide. It's a question I always ask myself. I think I lost several important people believing that It was a shared decision without asking. It is really very complex for the other as well. I say this because of the last question
@EmmyvanDeurzen lack of courage, it is too painful, it brings back memories of past wounds. It's easier to give up. assume that the world is full of less hurt people and it is better to isolate yourself. I think they are root wounds, early childhood. If it is not corrected there is no complete recovery. thank you made me think outside the small box
