I have watched many of the reviews of the Trike and have heard many customers have complained about damage during shipping especially the fenders and wheels on the Trike. Has there been any improvement on how the Trike is packaged and to protect these parts with more robust packing materials? The second big complaint seems to be with the Trike being oily especially the brake disks, pedals, tires etc., has this issue been addressed?. Most of these complaints seem to be 6 months or more old...any updates on these...Thanks!!
One statement that really hit me was the last interview when the employee said our company. This displays dedication and belief in Lectric. It is almost as if they truly are family company (not a family company). This is so rare today. I met Alex a couple of years ago and everytime I go to Lectric and am shopping for a bike I try to make certain I speak with him first. He truly believes in Lectric along with everyone I have met or spoke to at Lectric. This seems to be one of the most respected companies I have ever dealt with. I will not buy from another electric bike company. I sincerely cannot say enough positive about Lectric, their product and their care for the customers satisfaction. I own 2 of their products and I have been nothing but happy with them.
Cool bike and Company. Too bad i live in Canada, International shipping kills it and then the duty and brokerage fees along with the 27% extra exchange rate, I'm screwed 😥

I love my XP 3.0 but just wish they would give us more stem options, I still think the giraffe stems are pretty unappealing on the foldable bikes
they dont ship ebikes to alaska, hawaii
