Thanks. I've put the straps on the front basket now, and moved the dog deterrent pepper spray and now it's on velcro on top on my left hand glove so I can just reach over and grab it in a hurry.
Ahh nice man. I live in colorado myself on my ebike i have a crate to hold all my junk for my fishing gear with a fishing pole and a small tarp to cover my ebike
Even with all those lights I still, twice now since posting this, almost got hit by a car who still didn't see me and another who stopped in just enough time because my lights caught his attention. Before I got this bike, I was in a hit and run with a driver who slowed down then ran a stop sign just as I was entering the intersection and said he didn't see me, even with 3 flashing lights and wearing a bright florescent orange shirt I always wear. Luckily I wasn't seriously hurt, they caught him, he had insurance, hence I got a this new bike. I'm keeping the lights, and the shirt.
@@LarryLyonRelyon the real problem isn't drivers not seeing you. It's them not caring. As a mailman, a swing tech at that. The 4/5 of my routes are the busiest streets in my city. A good portion of those are mounted/dismounts. As a result, I'm in the thick of busy traffic all day. People easily see me, and they literally just don't care if they hit me or not. If they do I have no doubt it's going to involve driving away. Only advice I give in regards to my daughter is: ride like people are trying to hit you. I'm almost convinced they are, especially on my Xpedition.
@@IrregularrAF I'm hoping it works more often than not, but I have no doubt folks will still not see me so I need to make sure I see them and be prepared.
@@IrregularrAF I've had a motorcycle endorsement for over 50 years. I ALWAYS ride as if they are going to hit me. The only reason I was in the last wreck with the hit and run was after I saw him slowing to what I thought would be a stop, I looked the other way to see if a car might be running the stop sign from the other direction. By the time I looked back the driver had gassed it to the floor to cross the intersection. I had my hands on the brakes but couldn't stop fast enough.
Hey @Larry can you get in touch with me I have a few questions about your set up and how the bikes been treating you, I’m about to purchase one tomorrow I’ve been saving for
So far so good. The only real issue I had with it was a serious death wobble which installing a Cane Creek Hellbender 70 Visco took care of. The Visco came set at the factory medium 50% setting but I punched it up to 75%. The tires wear out pretty fast. I'm a bit over 600 miles and I had to rotate my tires because the rear on was wearing down quite a bit. I'll probably have to get new tires withing another 400 miles or so at 1,000 miles. What do you want to know?
This is definitely a zombie apocalypse bike
ABSOLUTELY LUV THE SETUP
Very smart with the front basket thing. I'm going to have to my own setup very similar.
I've been fantasizing about getting an expedition every since it was announced
Beautiful set up Brother. Thank you 🙏🏻 for sharing.

Some nice ideas. Thx.
Thanks for watching!
This dude has a whole apartment on his bike😂😂
Not really, but can easily carry a tent and sleeping bag ;-)
"But it didn't have any locks on it"
😂😂
LOL
The only thing missing is a frikin shark with laser beams .
LOL
So many lights, just wear a safety vest. All I need is my helmet light to illuminate my POV. 😂
