It’s absolutely case by case. Every doctor told me that I’d have bottom growth after T. Nothing. Four years in. Still no change. They’ve checked my levels often. It’s not that. Just comes down to genetics. Doesn’t leave a list of options for surgery for me. Every case is different.

I still hurt after breaking up with my trans bf
He has body dysphoria and I blamed him for many things. I apologized many times but I can't help feeling angry that he's neglectful of me. Besides I believe he is a cheater so I actually hate having known him and that's why I don't want to blame myself, but I can't help feeling down deep inside.
