Adjustable Bag Strap DIY

I was always confused about how to create an adjustable bag strap. What I do when I want to learn how to create something is I go to a charity store, purchase a similar item and deconstruct it to understand how it works. That is what I did for the strap many years ago and that is what I teach my students to do.
