hi i need help i un jamed the printer but a pin with 2 little cogs on it has fallen out does this mean my printer is damaged or can i put them back please any ideas would be greatful ty

I have a HP Photosmart C4780. I have gone through the paper jam video entire repertoire twice and still have a paper jam message. When I put a paper in it it will eat the paper in jerks and then I do have a paper jam. What do I try next???

Hi asianfireflie, Please search for C01673676 on HP’s home page or using Google search. The title of the document is “A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays on the All-in-One”. It will walk you through the different places that debris could be hidden in the printer causing that message.
I can't describe how much I despise HP products. HP has become the industry standard for shoddy printers and over-priced print cartridges. I will celebrate when this company finally goes under. I will never purchase another HP product in my life.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP PRINTER.. This printer is RUBBISH. I brought one back in 2010... i dont print much but it NEVER works.. not very good quality when it does finally work. Mine has given up taking peper in now.. Im replace it with anything but HP..!! What a waste of money..!!!!
