Crazy expansive..for 500 baht I get a nice room in that area and 10.000 bath a nice appartment with pool for a month.
Can't be that bad as the place is full.

I agree I used to pay 12K at the jomtien long stay hotel. But also for 10K in a small condo you need to sign a lease for a year.
No you don’t, a lot of condos accept short time rental- monthly or a minimum of three months upwards - I couldn’t imagine staying here for more than a few nights

I stay in the condo opposite, and i can tell you the noise & music from this place makes it impossible to sleep most nights - until the early hours of the morning. Should have never been allowed by city hall. Anyone staying there should beware, you won't get much sleep due to the noise.
I would never advise anyone to stay on a Soi with many bars unless you like to party and come home when the bars shut. Going to City Hall and telling them will lead to nothing as it is part of Pattaya and is expected in Pattaya. The only thing I can suggest is to move to a quieter place in Jomtien. Unfortunately I bought there before it became a street of many bars. Back when there was only about 4 or 5 bars in the whole soi! The mayor at that time was saying no more bars in Jomtien!!!

It all depends on what you are looking for. 20k for a month stay with everything included, electric, water and your room cleaned every day plus breakfast. It works out at 666 Baht a day for a 30-day stay. Not bad at all.
got to agree with you Jack. Never worth anything like 20k a month even with a plastic sausage every morning. Loads of places much nicer and much cheaper. But each to their own i guess.

666 Baht a day = in Aus $$$ about $26 a day.
With B'fast ?? What sort of breaky??
Continental?? Cooked ?? Bacon or sausages with trimmings ??
Tea or Coffee??
Even with a non filling Continental breakfast it is still good value.
I see it has a shower curtain which is a B I G plus for me.

Hi Max, as the bars in Jomtien close at 1 it is not noisy. Soi 7 is not noisy anyway. I was in there a few nights ago and the place was fully booked. I will have to do an update as there have been many improvements. Cheers

@@martinpowell5769 well I am taking the family on a 2 month holiday. We just bought a house so we aren't exactly loaded. And yes, we always stay at the cheapest comfortable accommodation so we have more funds for activities.
