According to Agoda, the LEK hotel on Soi 7 is sold out for Songkran. I just booked at High Lords Residence next door - they are charging 1000 baht a night. But i have seen this before when websites claim that the LEK has been fully booked out, only to find out from the hotel that they have plenty of rooms. Still im surprised what the High Lords was charging. A sign of things to come?
Bad for them. 1000 baht is not too high for the Songkran time. Just after the singkran may be at the end of May, all prices will decrease dramatically.
@@PattayaCityNotes Yeah i guess so. I only paid it as ive never seen Songkran before. After the 15th, i will try to head down to Krabi for a few days then back home. I might even stay bangkok a few days more if thats what they are charging in Jomtien.
Thank you so much for the video, good information and nice trip round Jomtien, Rompho and behind Rompho, 👍🙏🇸🇪
