Even Sam, who in theory should play just like Raiden, would still be slower and a bit janky. It would be especially bad for earlier bosses who were designed to be easier than the literal final boss.

Kind of like Raid Mode from some of the Resident Evil games. And each characters have their own unique skills and weapons you can upgrade and etc

i feel like if konami ever added armstrong as a playable character they'd have to make some sort of sandbox mode for him because his health barely goes down at all unless you have sams sword
Pretty sure the reason we don't have an Actual Senator DLC is beacuse the DLC characters are supposed to be characters that can absorb electrolights & use a high frencency blade, aswell as characters that would make sense for *Blade* mode. Senator DLC would be pretty fire though.
