- This week is the post Glasgow Whisky Festival review. A day I always look forward to and the whisky on offer is just phenomenal. A little insight to what I think went really well on the day, the only downside of this festival is it has to end. But I’ll be back next year and the following years as long as the GWF is on I’ll be there. Hope you enjoy this video and as always let’s talk whisky

Was great to meet you & I absolutely agree about that Dornoch bottle, what a stunner, excited to try more of their own spirit in the future.
I think my first dram was also an Auchentoschan which I really enjoyed but sadly wasn't available to buy on the day. It was good to meet you, albeit briefly, but I don't recall taking a photo so must have been a different David. I was the one who said you were taller than you appear in the videos! I was very impressed with the two Lochlea drams I tasted. Sadly there were so many drams I missed and I think my approach next year will be to start compiling a list several weeks beforehand and make sure I try those, as opposed to this year's somewhat ad-hoc method.
