    It was a little flimsier than I expected. I had to add a 2x2 piece of wood to the bottom on the rear side in order to stabilize it better ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxXTh-lz-8W6GcB219vTLp27-MxbZYObBX . It is also starting to bow a little at the outer wall ( I've had it up for about 6 months), I've already had a shelf tumble down because of the bow and the fact that the little shelf brackets are quite short. I went out to home depot and got some longer ones so that the shelves don't tumble down again. Overall, it looks very nice for the price and it holds a lot ( I use it as a pantry). I am very satisfied with my purchase. I just strongly suggest reinforcing it before putting it up.

    Excellent work, very enjoyable watching your build and love the woodgrain hearing protection!
    A few questions ... what did you use to sketch and label your vanity? What's the dolly thing on the floor? I didn't see you make the drawer boxes and they look great ... did you buy them premade somewhere? I love the cup hinge drill machine ... where did you get the jig for drilling the screw holes? I'm always tearing up my jeans ... what kind of work pants are those? I'm tiling my bathroom and will make the vanity after ... I'm going to put the bull nose tile as floorboard around the bathroom but this means the vanity will butt against it and have a gap to the wall ... should I build the vanity first instead and then finish the tile around it or should I have the gap so a future person can swap a different vanity if they want?

    Hey Philipe great vanity and video. I’m going to use it as a guide to build mine. Quick question. Before you screw everything together, I notice you use your nail gun. It’s that just a pin nailer or what size nails are you using so they don’t come through the faces? Tks

    I have a question about the inside of the door cabinet please. Looks like the bottom is a piece of 3/4" finished plywood with a trim of Maple? How high does it overlap the outside frame. Is this acting as a door stop? Thanks.

    • @philipedocarmo
      @philipedocarmo  3 роки тому +1

      I think you talking about the bottom above the drawers under the sink !
      3/4 “ it does act like a door stop and is easier to clean the inside of the cabinets without a leap there .
      Cheers
