I travel 300 km per day 3 times a week. My Celerio GA achieved 4.17 L/100km. The 35 liter tank gives me over 800km. Most of the km is highway and I maintain speeds between 90 and 110 relatively easily.
Ah i just love this little thing. That boot size is actually very good for such a small car? I ended up getting the Ignis, and i am really enjoying driving it! It has all the bells and whistles! Suzuki is really just pumping out great, affordable cars!
@@conspire941 Lol on paper I think it is worth it. And being a big and tall guy I'd try to push to get the Baleno , and I also do some long distance driving
The swift is legit one of my absolute fave little cars especially looking at something that's not too small. Been driving an automatic Suzuki espresso firstly it's butt ugly and secondly the gearbox is absolutely terrible. Perks are reverse camera and it just ends there. This looks so damn cute 😂😂😂 I wanna go to Avis n ask for an exchange 😂😂😂😂
@@bayandamsweli2005 isn't that normal for manual cars? unless it has hill assist which is a thing newer cars got but not in the budget segment... I drive a Patrol diesel and it would roll back also but good thing is you can depress the clutch to the biting point while holding the brake, and when you release the brake it won't roll back.. heard you can't do that in gasoline cars because it will stall, I am not sure because I never even owned a manual gasoline car, only automatic gasolines and manual diesels..
@@neometalx9 not really, all clutches are not made equal. I’ve driven a lot of older petrol manual cars in my 13 years as a driver. Most being of a time before hill assist was common in cars. Yes it can stall, but some cars have a bit more hold before it stalls. I currently daily a 2007 Ford Bantam (basically a fiesta pick up, assuming you’re not from South Africa), it has a great clutch, I never roll nor stall. But I guess you’d have to experience what I’m talking about.
these 1000cc cars are great on paper but terrible in practice. You're probably gonna have to wring it's neck for extra power when you have a passenger and a large travel suitcase considering that the avg South African is a vettie.... Guess that's why we all drive bakkies.

I agree with you though. Suzuki are small car specialist and really do it well.
Buying a Suzuki is lifetime investment..They run forever..Very Reliable and easy on pockets..

Hey Jolene! Crazy seeing you in the comments!
When I see Suzuki...I see fuel economy. Their after sales is not bad at all ...been driving one for 3yrs
Love your car reviews 😍
Oh we love the little Suzuki Celery. Shame they dropped it from the UK line-up though, the Ignis and Swift are the smallest ones we get
Love your reviews, please review the hyundai Atos. ♥️
Wondering how much it wil cost them extra to put a little turbo in.
The aim is to create a budget fuel saver
Hi Juli please review kia picanto style MT 1.2l
2 seconds to find back window switches the placement allows the driver to control all the windows. Loved the review though.
Juliet = Flippen Legend ❤️🖤❤️
Mara looks, I yooh no comment. Just for looks I can't shame sorry, never for my self
🤣
🤣🤣🤣
Late to the party - but love your reviews! Cheers.
It's never too late :) Welcome!!!
Your reviews gives me life❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🤗🤗🤗
This is the only color in which celerio looks considerable. Good budget car
I went to check this car it is very nice practical car
Would you rather have this or a mk5 gti
Is it better than the Toyota Ayga,?
Like you said before, Suzuki should start giving you commission 😂
Stretch the price by about R30k and you can bypass the swift can get entry level Baleno
Where are you people getting the extra 30k from? 😭If we had the money these cars wouldn't even be an option
@@conspire941 I was highlighting how small a jump it is to skip the swift and go for the Baleno (relatively speaking)
Lol relative to you 💔😭
But I hear you...You think the entry level Baleno is worth that extra 30k though?

@@vincentmothapa2421 I get the Baleno today to test. Lookout for the review in the next few weeks!
I traded my 2012 Peugeot 107 in for one of these . I wish I’d kept my 107
Good review till the bad language started.
Plenty of celerio reviews minus verbal crudeness.
Where in Cape Town is this ?
Mouille point
Having now tested this car, how would you rate it against the Renault kwid ?
Hmmmm I am not the hugest Kwid fan tbh
@@julietmcguire thanks, confirms other opinions.
Kwid while nice just did not have the build quality of the Celero.
At that price would take Atos
(But, gor the record: We're getting a fleet of MahindraXUV300's, Karoo 4x4 Pickup's, & Scorpio 😉)

Why did you accept the automatic 😂 ?! Big mistake 😂
I have driving the Swift AMT for 5y now and it is fine for me
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT 😄💫💥💙
NICE BUT really should be R140 000.
Rented the previous gen last year. The clutch was near dangerous. I hope that’s improved.
what happened with the clutch?
@@neometalx9 I couldn’t drive up a small incline from stationery without it rolling back a bit.

Xuv 700 and Mahindra scorpioN

When I see Suzuki, I think about safety
Is it not safe?
@@zeke745 Suzuki safety standards are questionable, tonnes of articles and material on that, and they dont even enrol for NCAP safety assessments
Or lack of it.
Celerio Looks more like s-spresso🤔

Too many reports about Suzukis rusting. That's worrysome.
Mine isn't and heard of one case but guy went 'swimming' with his car at the coast and claimed from Suzuki.
The crappiets car I ever drove. No thank you. Rather buy a budget VW Polo Vivo.
Lawnmower engine 🤭🤭🤭🤭
Obviously 🤷🏾♀️ it's a 3 cylinder
