So you can combine 2 classes? Like a wand and staff, damge with staff and switch to wand to heal/buff allies and switch back?

Weapon mastery bonuses are only active on main slot weapon.

Yes, but first on KR. The KR version does have native English translation. Freshy made a video on it.
