▷Ingredients(φ14cm tart ring):
■Tart
14g walnuts
14g sugar
65g unsalted butter
25g sugar
1g salt
1 egg yolk + egg white = 20g
80g cake flour
30g bread flour
■Caramel nougat
50g heavy cream
20g honey
70g walnuts
60g sugar
1 tbs water
18g unsalted butter

懐かしいなぁ。
子供の頃、祖母が時々作ってくれるエンガディナーが大好きでした。
これだけは、母が作ってくれても何だかしっくり来ない思い出の味です。
今度は自分で作ってみようかな。

慣れで作っていたけど、動画を見て 「こういうテクニックがあるんか」と思いました。（ひょっとして基本？）きょうは、この動画を見たうえで作りました。
好みに合わせて、アーモンドやカシューナッツも入っている おつまみコーナーのそれを使いました。

It is a very substantioal and satisfying sound when she slices the finished tart. I do want to add a chocalate element however.
