@@elainemartin7571 my stomach always feels like empty or full i cant rlly tell which one tho its weird, and feel a bit light headed and get tired easily now ive started getting bad diarrhoea(sorry i know thats grim lol) but overall my stomach is constantly like uneasy do u think that sounds similar to what u felt, appreciate it
Just found your channel and subscribed! I also have Celiac Disease and am still figuring out how to successfully eat out 🙈 last time I ordered a bowl from chipotle it made me sick... Do you have to ask them to change their gloves and scoop from fresh bins?
Yes you should 100% try to avoid cross contamination. Eating at restaurants or fast food places is not a good idea unless the place is dedicated gluten free. A very small amount of gluten might not give you a reaction, but in the long term it can cause some serious health issues. If you are newly diagnosed and want some help, you can check out the r/celiac subreddit! :)
Thank you Maizy, I appreciate your channel
Love this Maiz!!!
Just found your channel. Just been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. This was very interesting thank you 🤗
Can you tell me your symptoms?
And how did you found out
I was on the toilet at least 3-4 times a day with upset tummy. It was awful stomach cramps & pain 😩

Usually, I just have them wash their hands and change their gloves! If you tell them you have Celiac there is usually a protocol!

How big of a deal is cross contamination? Is it something we should 100 percent try and avoid?

First tip, gluten is in everything, even if it doesn’t belong lol... be diligent about looking at labels EVERY TIME...
