I read many as connection problems with this device and i have to say that i used mine for 7/8 months now and i have not had any problems at all it works perfectly 👌
I just bought them and they came in literally just today and upon first plug in the audio is already cutting in and out like a glitchy tremolo effect. Super dissapointed with these. Not even the cheap brand wireless guitar systems I bought before that died on me sounded this bad.
@@casualintrovert207 well then there is something wrong with yours i have no problem what so ever with mine ! You should go where u bought it and get new ones because this works perfectly fine !
Old video, but in case you are looking for user reviews let me say, I just bought my 3rd pair. I just leave a receiver in each of my amps and change the transmitters from guitar to guitar. One neat trick, maybe a no-brainer for some but I was pleased to see that you can go from guitar to pedal board and from board to amp wirelessly as well. Pretty cool. Finally, The red is bright and looks great, the gold is fine but drab in comparison. Just ordered the carbon fiber print. You want different colors so you know which transmitter is tuned to which receiver unless you are using multiples so that two guitars can connect to a single receiver (though not to play simultainiously but rater to play one and have the other guitar ready to go without moving transmitters over..)
At 3:26 you start talking about the 4 channels and how to set them. You show pressing the transmitter button, but do you have to repeat the process on the receiver to get them both on the same channel, or will the receiver automatically adjust to the channel on the transmitter. Confused!!!. Also after plugging in the xvives U2 into the guitar and amp which one do you turn on first or does it not matter.? Thank you for any advice you may be able to provide. Thank you.
Turn on the Transmitter and the receiver, then check the LED blue lights flashing times and make sure the blue led lights have same flashing times, which means transmitter and receiver are in both same channels. Here are more details of the guidance, xvive.com/audio/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2022/01/Xvive_U2_MANUAL_EN_V31_2022-01-25.pdf
Thanks for the video. When I’m done playing, can I leave the transmitter and receiver attached to the amp and the instrument and just turn them off or do I have to remove them? Would it rain battery if I just leave them in?
It's no problem to do that. Same as a mobile phone battery. The number of battery cycles is between 300-500 times, and the battery capacity will decrease with the increase of charging times. Less than a certain time, you can contact us to replace. There are more info, pls follow official IG @xvive_audio ☺
I've had mine for about 3 weeks. I accidentally bumped the channel change button and they stopped working all together. How do I trouble shoot this? I have tried every channel, I get the audio indicator light on the receiver to turn on, and still no signal. Help!
Buenas.. he adquirido éste producto.. funciona muy bien.. el inconveniente que tengo es que uso una consola digital.. y hace interferencia con el router externo... Corta la señal.. y al apagar el router funciona bien.. Espero una respuesta gracias
A good sales pitch that might just have convinced to get one these as I've of late contemplated wireless for guitar confections given I've several different amps to choose from and wireless if not mistaken does potentially offer a easier way of switching between the amps with the cable and often I might sit o5r stand depending upon the amp, while that is no hard task, it can become wearisome at times. Yeah, thanks.
Worked pretty well, only had minimal pops and noise here and there.... ie: every 10-15 hours there might be a crackle or something...more based on frequency noise. Anyway, I really like this system, it's easy to manage, solves a lot of problems, and is great for around the house. The only issue I am having is...the battery is starting to die on the transmitter. I've had them for a while now, and do use them quite a bit. But for 230 bucks Canadian, I don't really want to drop that every 3-4 years. That makes me want to buy a more reliable system OR find a cheaper alternative that offers the same thing for half the price...and there are units out there like that. I don't know what to trust, but there are reviews online and honestly...Selling the transmitter for 130, and the pair for 200 is kind of insulting. I honestly still recommend them, and have sold this system to at least 4 of my friends. They are great...the only thing that salts the wound is the dying battery/price driven replacement system that makes this greasy...
How can i fix may U2 cuz the signal of transmitter and receiver is not responding while im playing. (Problem start in 1 meter distance from the amp/ a meter distance of transmitter and receiver) thanks for the help!
Folks it has quarter-inch Jacks and I think that even switches to 8th inch jacks... so if that's what your instrument takes it'll work the frequency response goes deeper and higher than my 15 band EQ come on folks it'll work with anything
Mine lasted less than 1 year. No support unless you live in the US, and I got mine from an official dealer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from those.
Bought this today. Yikes, very, very noisy. A constant high-pitched tone. First, I was sitting next to my router, so I thought it’s probably the router. Then I moved into another room and the high pitch sound does not go away. Not sure if this one is defective. I tried all channels and it is noisy on every single channel. Horrible. Not sure what to do.
If you have active pickups it's going do that that's why the guy was suggesting to get the extension where you have it on your strap away from the electronics he said the same thing if you have a Piezo style pickup on an acoustic you need to check into that first
I bought one of these about two weeks back and it lasted about 5 days. Then it died. The store I bought it from replaced it and the replacement lasted two days before it too died. All I did was change the unit is from my active bass to a passive bass and it stopped working. Can't seem to find any support or answers and I'm not keen on taking the second unit back to the same store. Unfortunately I also bought a second transmitter and it too died for no apparent reason. Not impressed at all.
I cannot make a positive stand on this product, I am sorry. I have on pair since a couple of years now, and it was seldomly used, mostly on children´s music gigs. Well two weeks ago we were on a gig and it worked ok on the soundcheck, but as we started the gig, no sound came out at all. Shitty situation. Used the another unit made by another company and we survived. Later I tested it again, paired it again and there is only a minimal signal of buzzz of some digital kind coming through and a very very low signal of the instrument. The unit was not crushed, not twisted as far as I know and it just went kinda silent, but buzzing…. I cannot recommend. The accu works and has power and the units connect - only the signal is bad. At the gig there were some 120 people and propably one Wifi in the place and in my office it has worked fine earlier - here is one wifi and a couple more in the house. Any hints? Thanks
Absolutely not fit for purpose , I bought these , they constantly drop out regardless of where I am , at home , on holiday , in my studio , in my living room ! After 2 months of tests , they are now unusable , I have another system that never drops out ! , these u2 units are a disgrace ! .
@@dougshankle7946 I sent my back and got a refund , I’ve bought the boss units , absolutely no issues, unbelievable in fact , the elvive units are rubbish compared , they just have a good sales pitch , but that doesn’t help musicians does it . But glad yours worked .
@@ShawnCharles Yeah that sucks man sorry to hear that I've just had the opposite experience with these and I have owned the same unit for about 3 years now never had one issue. Anyway glad you found a product that you like.
Don't be fooled people these things are rubbish. I'm a professional gigging muso, I regrettably bought these based on reviews like this and have had nothing but issues. I have found them basically unusable at most of the venues I play at. They even break up in my own studio when they are less than 3m from each other. I also purchased the U3 and U4 and they aren't much better.

How can i fix the problem interfering while using in area that had a wifi reuter and lot mobile using?
You can turn off the router or turn it to 5G band.
