When ever I see videos like this I can't help but wonder why the heck all we have here in the west are Sushi! Japan have such a tasty looking Kitchen so why are we only getting this one thing. Would love to try proper Udon and Soba dishes but simple are no Japanese Restaurants that carry it here in Denmark. BUUUUUT we have a TON of Sushi places.

Gloves are generally only used when touching things like raw poultry/meat or fish . But most of the time during service we just have specific tools used for only touching/grabbing that specific product . One set of tongs for chicken , another set for beef etc etc
