I dont know why this video randomly came up in my feed seeing as I live across the world in NA but man, those omelettes look good. Interesting way of making them in the square pan. Also it was interesting seeing that nice little old lady making those rice dishes. Was neat to see how they were made.

This was VERY interesting, and I became very hungry while watching it. I want to buy one of those rectagle pans that the omlettes are prepared in! If I ever visit Japan, I will make my way to this place because everything looks delicious! :)

The food looks incredible quality and cooked exactly to provide many options for healthy eating. It would be great to go to Ehime and visit this shop to try authentic homemade Japanese food. Perhaps I should save this video as a reference.

lol i don't think you have to worry about Japan losing it's cultural identity. If you live there, you know. They will NOT allow that to happen and good on them!
Some of the staff here is really senior (literally). Although some might mention they work for the money, they truly enjoy the working environment as some work with a smile and have a good vibe when doing their work. They even mention that it was rather rewarding when the customer said the food was good, truly a community serving their own community,
Amazing katei ryouri, shiro ae tofu looks delicious. They use different fryers for meat and fish which is key. Not that inexpensive considering it is in the middle of nowhere.

一時期通ってました！多分30年くらい前に見つけて気に入ったんです

好きなおかずとごはんが食べられて作る手間も無いとか最高ですよ
特に煮物とか自分で作るのが面倒な食事が楽しめるのがいいですね
お魚系はさばくのも大変だし難しいけどすごい丁寧に調理してますね。おかずも全部おいしそう

A square omelet is called tamagoyaki.
Tamagoyaki is great, although those are top quality, you can walk into any konbini in Japan and get some.

ついに来たと言うか、やっと来たと言うか西条市で仕事の時はかなりの確率で、というか、定休日以外は言ってます‼️もやし太郎旨いですよ😊店員さんもみんな愛想が良く料理も旨い😊ただ食欲のままにとりすぎて高くついてしまうのがたまに傷😅末永くがんばって欲しいです😊
日本の卵は腐っている物は出まわらないのが当たり前‼️
しかしこのお店の人はお椀に１つづつ割っていますね👍60年前、私が学校で教えてもらった通りのやり方です
沢山卵を使う店では１つ傷んでいるのが混ざると全部廃棄になってしまうからなのね
今は面倒だからやらない店も殆どだよ 本当に丁寧にお仕事されていますね

料理の種類がとんでもなく多いのに、仕出しやお弁当も作っているし、近くにこんなお店があったら通ってしまうと思います。
これだけ色々おかずメニューあると選ぶ側としては楽しいだろうな。あれもこれもと小皿を取る楽しみで食事終ったら腹一杯の満足感味わえそう😄

本日、大阪から車で行ってきました。
鶏皮もやし炒め美味しかったです。隣のお客さんの豚生姜焼きも美味しそうでした😊
チェーンのとこより美味しかった。サラダ+揚げ物+ご飯にして価格抑えてもそれなりに満足できる。
店長さん出汁の処理上手いと思う、ラーメンとかでも魚介系メインの出汁でいりこ使ってるやつ好きになれなくて(単純にさかなさかなで他の食材の味がわからない)あっさりとラーメン以外にも利用できるって感じはヽ(^。^)ノ素敵だ。
