Loved this. Look forward to the new video every week. But this one was worth waiting just a wee bit longer for. In the last photo - of Whiteinch Park (we've never called it Victoria Park!) the wee girl looking straight at the camera is my Grandma at age 8. Thank you ❤
More fantastic pictures of Glasgow & surroundings bringing back many memories of the beautiful buildings in the city, now long gone.. Thanks for sharing & I've missed the last few slide shows more recently Cheers Glasgow photographs...👍👍👍
Many thanks for another fine collection of photos, all full of atmosphere from times past. It's funny to see how people responded when they knew a photo was being taken. They all stopped what they were doing and saw it as a special occasion. Nowadays, with CCTV and selfies and whatnot else we are being photographed almost non-stop and think little of it.
This is fast becoming my favourite site. I was born in 1957 and grew up in the south-side, I was always in and out of Glasgow in my youth. Love the old pictures of Argyle Street and Victoria Road. Keep up the good work.
I love the contents but it's just to long... Once you've seen the photos & the description you can move on say after 15 seconds. I did enjoyed it thank you for sharing
Brilliant, thank you.
@@ThomasReed-c1w Thank you.

You're welcome...I'm sure most of the pics taken nowadays, won't be kept for future generations to enjoy.

@@tatata1543 Many thanks.
Great Video again. Always love seeing St Enoch hotel but there doesn't seem to be many photos of the interior.
Thanks again...I can't recall seeing any interior pics of the St Enoch hotel.
I've seen TV footage of the interior after the hotel closed but no photo stills of the interior in its prime.
Is the shipyard burner called cricket in fairfields.
