      Hehehe I was shaking too after this. Then went to a legs bums tums class tonight and can’t walk now 😂 glad you had a good workout x

    Love re-doing these workouts. If I'm ever in your area, sure enough I would love to come to a class!!!! I am a lover of Barre because it improves my focus, capacity to perform and lead a busy life! also transform my physical. woo hoo!!!

    Hello Taylor been doing some off your no equipment fab arm workouts for a little while . I am a new subscriber who is now 13 weeks post open abdominal hysterectomy. Been a bit Rocky recovery , but prior to it I had been doing weights home workouts and mini rebounding workouts which I’ve missed so much . I tried some body weight and barre workouts various teachers here on you tube , but over did it and was a bit too early /soon recovery wise . Patience is a hard thing when your so used to keeping fit , but I’ve been watching quite a lot off your workouts in prep for this week when I start things up again. I have been doing bed 🛌 pelvic , back and ab exercises throughout recovery , even when had to stop the rest and look foward to starting to add to the arm ones now with the beginners barre ones you have done and trying this ab one but with the adaptions and slower pace if needed . You have a lovely very descriptive, precise delivery with your instructions and a lovely cheerful disposition and voice I look foward to trying to get , fit and strong again and build my muscles back as I was poorly after fir weeks and lost a lot off weight and muscle . If you have any other tips or recommendations I would be very grateful too . Keep up the good work and god bless you and your success for the future with this channel and your health and happiness too. 😊❤️🙏🏾

    This is super Gabby! Sometimes I feel like my abs need an extra bit if work so I love that I can tack this onto the end of a workout. Honestly though, why are abs the hardest to tone?? It bamboozles me that I work them so hard and they are still far less defined than everything else 🙈 maybe it's the chocolate buttons xx

      yes, I was thinking about creating a couple more abs focused, arms focused ones etc that can be an additional to the 30 min workouts. When I send out the plan on the mailing list it will all make sense. Everybody's body is different remember that, for me it's my legs that tone last. You're smashing it though! You look fabulous 🔥🔥And I am very impressed with your dedication to the workouts. Try adding this extra ab routine on to your workouts maybe twice a week.If you think your body can xxx

      and remember rest is as important as the workout, it's these days when your body builds the muscle ❤️
