You killed me! But I loved it 😍 is it normal for my legs to shake like mad when doing the ab exercises at the end with the legs lifted? I was trying to keep my thighs together but they were rattling like nobody’s business 😂
Completely normal! It’s just a sign the muscle is fatigued but that’s awesome! Means your getting stronger, longer and leaner. Sometimes I walk out of class and my whole bodies shaking for a while 😂 that’s one of the main things people talk about with barre the intense shake. Well done!!! 💪💪💪

This was great! You are so fit and beautiful. My hip flexors hurt. I am assuming that means I need to strengthen my abs and hip flexors?

You are so awesome! This my first time working out with you. I have a pouch I am trying to get rid of. I tried to do my best with your abs section workouts. I stopped for a moment but got right back in place. It burns! I have to get relief. Thank you for your help today. Can you send me some advice to trim the belly fat at my email address? I usually watch the workout before I do it myself I used to do Pilates 2 x a week and yoga since covid I’m doing my workouts at home . You have a great techniques but your music is to loud
