Spain is a richly Catholic country, that is my favourite thing about it. I’m planning to visit next year during Easter week because as Catholics, that’s our most important holiday. The traditions are just unmatched. I hope you visited some churches and I hope you enjoyed!!!

I have PCOS. My hirsutism occurred on my chin. After years of tweezing, I started to notice “pitting”. I decided to try electrolysis on June 2023.
After approximately six months of treatment I have this ONE hair that keeps growing back. But, the others have NOT grown back. I thank God this finally worked for me.🦋🙏🏼!

I started dry brushing my face and body and I can’t recommend it enough!! The hairs are afraid the dry brush or something lol they come out so much thinner. Along with my low sugar intake it’s improved my hirsutism SO much.

Btw what you said about evil, the Holy Spirit definitely blessed you with the gift of discernment. You felt a principality at work in that area. Demonic spirits are literally at work in specific geographic areas to perpetrate cycles of evil. I work in Paris and the neighborhood I'm in definitely has a principality of lust/debauchery over it. I’ve heard so many times that they’re not that affective though 🥲🥲 does it really work for darker skintones and thick hair?

You have to place a piece of white paper over the top/sensor part if you’re darker skinned (I learned this hack from a UA-cam short lol) I’m way darker than you and I can now use mine on the highest setting because of that hack. It will only go up to the 3rd setting without the hack and on some areas it deems too dark it wouldn’t even zap! ⚡️ now it works everywhere on my body and it’s sooo effective. Please check it out. I’ll try to find a UA-cam vid of the hack so you can see what I mean..💝💝💝💝💝

It doesn’t leave any marks or anything fyi I’ve been using it on my chin for around 7 months and no marking. Other than the marks left from when I was plucking everyday and digging at ingrown hairs 😭

We are from South Africa and her whole holiday was ruined cause she had to get a temporary passport and that took a few days. She had to cancel and forfeited all her money for her accommodation and travel to Venice where she was meant to travel to after Barcelona

Many women on my dads side of the family grow hair on their chin and neck and I found out they all have issues with their thyroid. Hate to say it, but if that is the issue you’re a step closer to a treatment. Hope that helps.

I’m not trying to be judgmental nor am I trying to criticize you at all, however I noticed that you wear somewhat tight long sleeve shirts and in this video, I saw that you were wearing a dress that goes way above your knees. It’s just that I was wondering about your opinion on it and if you think it’s ok.
I’m not Deborah. But just sharing my experience. When I decided to come back to God and truly walk with him, I went for confession and started to take my prayer life seriously. It was such a huge shift that I felt a lot of conviction from the Holy Spirit. I immediately took out all my clothes that show too much skin and started to build a new wardrobe. I don’t wear skirts above my knees anymore,or shorts, or bodycon dresses, and if I wear a vest or sleeveless top I put a shirt or jacket on top of it. I now fully understand modesty. Being modest is a sacrifice I take for the Lord each and every day, and He frees me in the process. I even veil in mass now and it’s just so beautiful. All this to say, everyone’s journey is different. Christian women do not like to be told about being modest, but we really have to ask ourselves, am I giving everything to the Lord, or am I still holding on to some parts of the world?

Hey Deborah, hopefully you see this message. In regards to PCOS I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND you switch to carnivore diet, or should I say carnivore lifestyle. Trust me, you will look back at the moment you read this comment and decided to make the switch. Not just for PCOS but your overall health. Do it and commit to a 3 month trial. I can almost guarantee you will never switch back to how you're eating. You don't need to take my word for it as there are are plenty of videos on UA-cam from leading Heart Surgeons, Rheumatologist, your everyday people and some well known people like Mikhaila Peterson and her father Jordan Peterson. Autoimmune disease, brain fog, mental well being, skin conditions. hormone imbalances, gum problems, eye problems, blood sugar levels, weight management and a whole host of other conditions gone back into remission or totally cured. I can personally say I have seen the former on that list go back into remission and I only took the plunge on the carnivore diet/lifestyle this year. I will never go back to how I was eating, and I thought I ate healthy but little did I know. God Bless!

You shouldn't uproot the hairs of your face with wax or a tool. Use instead shaving cream and a razor like a man. You'll have less problems with the skin of your face.
