Between now to January 23, BRRRRR too cold. I wish they announced about the closing of this ride like last April so a lot of people have their last rf only chance to ride it during hotter weather.
It's just gonna get a change of theme. I'll miss this old splash mountain theme, but Walt Disney did say this park will never stop growing and changing
I've never been on this ride, and I've been to Disneyland 3 times. The first time I went, my parents said it was "too cold" (we went on literally Christmas Eve/Day), and the other 2 times: it was closed. I'm going again in a couple of weeks, and I swear, I *have* to go this time. It's going to be cold, but I don't care because I've been dying to ride this since the first time I went.
It's so sad that Splash Mountain will no longer be at Disneyland and Walt Disney World anymore due to a renaming on behalf of The Black Lives Matter Movement in January 2024. We'll miss boarding it so much even though it was based on Song of the South which was released in Fall 1946. 😭
It is based off of the banned and very racist movie Song of the South, it has been banned for over I believe 40 years, it should have been changed a long time ago
Thank you thank you for this video it’s saddens me that I will not make it back to ride this before it closes down😢❤

I’m definitely going to miss this ride when it closes in the near future!!

I remember this ride when I was 7 years old and I will truly miss splash mountain 🥺😭
Really love the closeups! The Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah ones especially! ❤️
Thank you!
I hope this rides stays open at least through May so I can show my wife this childhood favorite of mine on our honeymoon before it goes away
First I lose toys r us and now this!
I really hope they keep it a little while longer. The last time I rode it was back in 2017.
So lame! I have been going on this since it opened in 1989! Now it is suddenly not okay. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

I don’t like to get wet, but I think I’ll ride this once more before it changes. It’s time for an update, but I’m still going to miss this 💔
Completely agree! And I’ll miss having a water ride at Disneyland this summer
Thanks for sharing this awesome ride so good before it changes!
Why the edits? Was hoping for the full ride experience, great memories and will be sorry to see this one go!
Nothing racist about this ride at all ! Woke Disney has unfortunately lost their mind !

I know
@@rainy.yaka.who fucking cares? It’s a ride.
What a shame they're closing down this ride. Silly woke thinking strikes again.
