Yes I know the feeling exactly! I used to think the same, specially starting a notebook for a specific idea and then never fulfilling it. So I have a BUNCH of "uncompleted" notebooks, that could very well be used for something else. Either way, I like to think that at least I gave them a try. I rather use a few pages than not use them at all. But I understand the feeling of not wanting to ruin the notebooks.

Here are a couple more ideas: 1. Once a day, find a news headline that personally interests you and find a section in ur notebook to write down that headline down. Do this for as long as you like (The longer the better). Then, years later you can look back at it and it will almost feel like you’re going back in time. 2. Set a timer for 15 minutes and literally just write any thought that comes into your head. You’re not allowed to plan anything that you’re gonna write in your given time. You could do a quick story, a song, a poem or really just anything. Trust me, you’ll be shocked by just how much you can write in that time. You can play around with this idea by maybe changing how much time you get or adding in a couple extra rules. 3. Write about your random thoughts. Really just anything that you feel is weird. It doesn’t have to be thoughts even, it could just be unpopular opinions that you might have. What I’m trying to say here, is just any unique thing about yourself. 4. Fan-fiction. There really isn’t that much explaining needed for this. I personally don’t write fan-fiction but it’s an idea nonetheless. 5. Dream journal. Just write out your dreams. It could be interesting to look back years later to see what type of stuff you used to dream about. I’m not sure if this is true, but I also heard somewhere that writing your dreams could help you lucid dream. 6. A letter to your future self or anyone else. Is there any opinion that you have about someone that you wouldn’t be willing to tell them? Write it out as a letter but don’t actually show that person. 7. This one requires a double page to do. On one side of the page, draw a stick figure that’s meant to represent yourself and then label it with a bunch of facts about you. Then on the other page draw another stick figure and label with all the traits that you want/wish you had. It’s a good way of recognising your goals as a person. Hope this helped

so when 10 I had this journal full of secrets, vacations, and plans and now I'm 19 and last year when I went to my parents house to get all my stuff before collage I went up to the attic and in the box I found my journal and I looked through it and then started crying because that journal was full of memories and I wrote in that journal everyday and to this day, its in my apartment in the drawer. I recommend one Preliminary Notebook where you write Everything down, then you transfer all into the different books for the different subjects counted in thie video or into others you decide yourself. Why? Because when you suddenly have a thought or an idea, the most easy part is to grap One notebook to Pre-write the issue in. Have you got, say five, or eight or nine etc notebooks, then it takes time to choose the "right" one , and when you're done with that, the idea might have gone away. So it works with my brain anyway. And where are they? I have no idea if a notebook is in my bag, the bedroom, the kitchen, or the living room. Especially if they are several. The Preliminary notebook I can carry everywhere. Just grab the all-in-all notebook and get your thougth down!! In this one you just jot it down quickly, no demand for fine scripture here. When you have time, sit down and transfer the written items to the "right" notebooks. 2. Another way is to not have that preliminary notebook at all, but jot down your ideas on plain paper, I use old envelopes that come with bills and other things.You keep a pen and some white used envelopes in all places to be handy when you get your ideas. That is cheaper than to have lot of notebooks in every place.
That´s a really good idea! I had one which did that purpose, and the brain-dump also fulfilled as a common place notebook. Everything went in there and if I needed to separate it into other notebooks I could do so later on. ;)

Can you make a video about secret language? You mix letter or put simbols instead od letters, and you write your secrets in that language so nobody know. 😂

I tend to use one notebook at the time. When I am given a new one that save it till when I finish filling out the one I have. I go through them pretty quickly as I journal almost every day.
My "brain dumping" journal is LITERALLY called "FML" "MY DIRTY LAUNDRY". I started it 2 years ago after I finally got sick and tired of people on my FB page telling what I Should and Should Not post on MY page!! It's just a composition notebook in one of my favorite colors and I ONLY write in it when I'm at my whits end! Sometimes there are only a few sentences, other times, are a few pages long. I also have a "Quotes" journal that I'm working on for my daughter and praying, one day, she will appreciate it..... since our relationship is currently strained 💔

I have a song book and it is just songs that I find meaningful or just somehow impacting for me. An example is the song back to black by amy winehouse which for some reason calms me whilst also making me feel super sad. I just write the lyrics out so I can look back and see my moods or just when I want to.
Well, yes and no. You can write your thoughts and feelings. But some people like to write stories, songs, poems, quotes. The list is pretty much endless. :)

so when 10 I had this journal full of secrets, vacations, and plans and now I'm 19 and last year when I went to my parents house to get all my stuff before collage I went up to the attic and in the box I found my journal and I looked through it and then started crying because that journal was full of memories and I wrote in that journal everyday and to this day, its in my apartment in the drawer. I recommend one Preliminary Notebook where you write Everything down, then you transfer all into the different books for the different subjects counted in thie video or into others you decide yourself. Why? Because when you suddenly have a thought or an idea, the most easy part is to grap One notebook to Pre-write the issue in. Have you got, say five, or eight or nine etc notebooks, then it takes time to choose the "right" one , and when you're done with that, the idea might have gone away. So it works with my brain anyway. And where are they? I have no idea if a notebook is in my bag, the bedroom, the kitchen, or the living room. Especially if they are several. The Preliminary notebook I can carry everywhere. Just grab the all-in-all notebook and get your thougth down!! In this one you just jot it down quickly, no demand for fine scripture here. When you have time, sit down and transfer the written items to the "right" notebooks. 2. Another way is to not have that preliminary notebook at all, but jot down your ideas on plain paper, I use old envelopes that come with bills and other things.You keep a pen and some white used envelopes in all places to be handy when you get your ideas. That is cheaper than to have lot of notebooks in every place.
That´s a really good idea! I had one which did that purpose, and the brain-dump also fulfilled as a common place notebook. Everything went in there and if I needed to separate it into other notebooks I could do so later on. ;)

oh I used to do that when I was in school with my friends! lol, but it was very time consuming trying to decipher all the letters. It´s a cute idea if you want to write private journal entries though. Thanks for watching!

I tend to use one notebook at the time. When I am given a new one that save it till when I finish filling out the one I have. I go through them pretty quickly as I journal almost every day.
That´s awesome! I envy you. It takes me a reeeeeally long time to fill up a notebook, so I can´t NOT say no to pretty empty ones when they come by.

My "brain dumping" journal is LITERALLY called "FML" "MY DIRTY LAUNDRY". I started it 2 years ago after I finally got sick and tired of people on my FB page telling what I Should and Should Not post on MY page!! It's just a composition notebook in one of my favorite colors and I ONLY write in it when I'm at my whits end! Sometimes there are only a few sentences, other times, are a few pages long. I also have a "Quotes" journal that I'm working on for my daughter and praying, one day, she will appreciate it..... since our relationship is currently strained 💔

Personally I like drawing , and even though I have sketch books , I still draw in some line books , but I only would draw in the spiral notebooks , and they can be big enough to fit in my bag, idk just a personal preference ☺️

I have a song book and it is just songs that I find meaningful or just somehow impacting for me.
An example is the song back to black by amy winehouse which for some reason calms me whilst also making me feel super sad.
I just write the lyrics out so I can look back and see my moods or just when I want to.
I used to do that too back in my day, I loved writing my favorite song lyrics. Sometimes I still do!
What a diary if someone doesn't read it accidentally and secretly falls in love with you right!!!
So in other words, you write your thoughts in there.

Well, yes and no. You can write your thoughts and feelings. But some people like to write stories, songs, poems, quotes. The list is pretty much endless. :)

i do something a little amount of people understand, i fit my journal, diary, notes for school, crafty journal ALL into one notebook! i just put the title and write, (diary part 1) maybe or journal part one and i use highlighters to decorate, and then when my notebooks is all filled i buy a new one and do the same! im still on my first notebook! XD, and thats how i dont waste alot of money, and also like i out a 1hour timer to write bc i need to fill a lot of pages, like when im bored today i was like, "we have a singing assignment and i dont have anything to sing, idk any songs!" then i wrote all the songs i knew and... filled up 12 pages XD, now im like "i want to sing this, no this, no this, maybe both? no the teacher said only one, GAHHH" lolll and the hard part was half of the songs were abt love, the teacher hates romance so i just sang a christmas song lol! but.. i got a bad mark, my voice was lagging and cutting whilst i was singing, oof- next time! its not my fault tho, i dont care abt my mark lol, atleast i actually did it right, thats all what matters lol, yea i was talking abt notebooks now im talking abt a class, wow-
