They're my FAVORITE BAND on this planet. They went on tour to the US and Europe pretty often so make sure if they come near you, their live performance is INSANELY GOOD.

We Are is literally a religious experience for me. Especially that ONE performance with the big choir. Like....goosebumps every single time.
Lol I love new fans finding Taka's voice for the first time. This band is off the charts talented especially live!!! This was especially meaningful to them as it's a memorial tribute to Chester Bennington after his passing. They were supposed to tour with Linkin Park but obviously had to cancel. The silence and chants were for Chester. But they always include the crowd live almost like an additional member of the band so they often give the crowd there own opportunities to participate. There great always and I hope you have fun exploring my favorite band. I know you will also become a fan as well ❤️🩹
They are probably my number 1 rock band. I've been lucky enough to see them twice. Taka is the lead singer and is know to be one of the best vocalist in the world. As you see in this video, he is also a master of crowd engagement. They have been around for well over a decade at this point and just get better and better every year. They are quite versitile too, with everything from straght rock to balads like this.

Believe me : when Taka asks you to jump, you jump. When he says sing, you sing… he is an amazing performer. I had the pleasure to them 4 times in concert and they are as amazing and electrifying as this.
It always blows my mind at that long silence in the beginning. HOW does one person have such a command of that immense crowd where not a single sound is heard amongst everyone?! They/He (Taka) are an outstanding band! I fell in love instantly when I heard "We Are" for the first time. GREAT reaction. Their talent isn't lost on you. Thanks!
True! I'm always amazed at the Japanese crowd, so disciplined. Friend said they aren't allowed to film inside Japanese venue. Saw some interview with the band with a question what's the difference between performing at home base vs world tour. Taka said when it's the Japanese crowd, they really 'feel' the song, more on emotions taking in. Meanwhile, outside Japan, crowd does sing with them and more energetic. He likes both.
I attended one asia tour recently, man, the fans are wild. The stadium is shaking with all enthusiastic crowd singing and jumping all over. It's like a big party! ✨

As far as I know this was the tribute to Chester from Linkin Park because Taka and he were friends.
I've been such a fan of them since 2007 and everytime I go back to their lives and fall in love all over again. I remember the first time I saw them when they came to the US for their Ambitious tour, it fulfilled something in me.
The best rock band out there right now!!! For the next one I recommend We are from the same concert Ambitions Japan dome tour :)

Just stumbled on this video. I LOVE watching people react to One Ok Rock for the first time. Taka is AMAZING. The whole band is AMAZING. I'm starting to believe Taka isn't real because he's just has the most perfect voice. A Siren's voice. There's not a bad song from them. Um. I would suggest "We Are", "Make It Out Alive", "Stand Out Fit In", "Clock Strikes", "Wasted Nights"... All live performances. Because the live performances he holds his notes out and they're beautiful.

Whenever I hear Taka sing, I get the chills. He's on the same level of Sammy of The Rose and Chester Bennington, imo. The amount of respect I have for all three is unspeakable.
