    Hey, I really enjoyed this video I'm 30 years old, and I'm actually getting ready to go for a walk right now. i enjoyed your video i walk Monday through Friday when my kids be in school it's very important for me to keep my body moving

    Beautiful Brenda Joyce Fair, I just start walking yesterday because I have recently had a surgery on my right foot a heel spur surgery and I appreciate your videos so much thank you and pray for me. Amen!

    Just checked out your video on stretching before walking. I walk 6 days a week and go 3 to 5 miles each day. I haven't been stretching before going so I know this is important. Your video is great!! I also average 12 to 15 thousand steps per day. I need the stretching to become more flexible and balanced as I walk on all types of terrain.

    I walk 5 times a week, up to 3 miles now. Thanks for sharing these warm-up exercises. I've been walking without warming up.

    I am 57 and walk 7 days a week for at least one hour I love your stretching video. Really helps with waking up the muscles before my walk. Thank you Meg ❤

    I try to get out for my walks 7 days a week :) I love being out in nature, just me and Mother Earth! Doesn’t get any better than that!
    I am heading out for my walk now that I’m done watching your video :)

    Loved your stretches. I walk once or twice a day (I will be 61 in a few days) and don't feel as though I stretch enough.

    I walk 7 days a week and 10 000 a day I have enjoyed your video and now have started to stretch before I walk as I am new to this .

    2-3 times. 6 kms. I will try every day 50 mins at moderate pace.

    I walk 3 times a week up to 3 miles.

    I try and walk everyday... as much as I can, and i don't beat myself up when i don't walk. the days i walk I get 10-20k steps.

      I just haven't been stretching and I use muscle pain reliever every time, So I decided to try and warm up beforehand this time

    hello :) i do 3000 steps a day with walk and an added 2000 steps just around the house ( take one day off )

      Yes I did this with lower leg pain because I didn't probably stretch I do recommend it

    I feel like a tard for the very first part. The steps part. When my left leg goes forward, my left arm goes forward, and vice versa. Why is this so hard to do right????

      Coordination can be tough. Keep at it and it'll get easier over time!

      @@AIMFitnessActivitiesInMotion I did...and it has! (But thank you...and I do this every day before my walk... it's amazing how much having natural sunlight on you makes you feel better as well mentally!😎👍🏻)
