I live in Dallas and looking to buy a house! At first the only houses I could afford and were in close to current residence were by the state fair where in my opinion is a bad neighborhood. I was willing to move to Forth Worth and saw some houses but then all of a sudden one popped up within Dallas limits and currently in contract, going today to the broker to I guess get the appraisal started and see what bank willing to lend the money.
Would you move to another city JUST for a good home buying opportunity? 😅 I would! But, I'm curious to know what you guys think!
