I was diagnosed with OCD (an anxiety disorder) when I was 13, I am now 43. I met some friends (also from the states) in Iceland in August 2019. It truly was amazing and I’m still obsessed with the country. 95% of the people speak English. It is a very safe country with a small population. Everyone I met were very nice and helpful.
I love this knowing that you guys are so relatable in everyone's stages of life that it makes me feel so much more normal. This makes me wish you guys would bring back the podcast so we could talk more about things like this. ❤

Anxiety is horrible! I've dealt with it all my life and Josh is right nobody else can understand it unless you have experienced it. It's very real and very hard to control at times..I wish even Dr's and medical staff would be more empathetic towards us also.
As the 3rd and last child in my family I am a strong believer in the 3rd baby because they're the bonus baby ❤ since you have a girl a boy he or she is going to be lucky to have a big sister and big brother 💙 ❤️
I think I need to try the cold plunge ❤ you all will definitely have another baby from Abby’s responses and Josh you’ll come around things just crazy right now. It is easiest if you wait a couple more years or even a few since you have the two babies already. To see them bigger and able to love and play and teach the new ones is the best. Love you both ❤❤❤
my husband and i went to iceland for our honeymoon. we loved it! 💙 the food was delicious and healthy-lots of root vegetables and fish/lamb. and the scenery was beautiful-very lush and green. the ppl were friendly and we felt completely safe exploring the towns/cities on our own. go for it! 🙂

My husband and I had 3 stairstep kids; 1&2 are 16 months apart (one year apart in school, both girls) and 3 was born when the girls wer in 3 year-old and 4 year-old preschool. It was a crazy time, but we were young and stupid and wouldn't give back being young and stupid for anything. They've all grown up to be fine humans who are quite close and are way cooler than mom and dad. Keep on being yourselves and you will be just fine.❤❤❤❤
Hi Guys! Josh try an excercise to talk through the 'nice' aspects of a trip, of course state the obvious stressors, however give yourself room to explore other aspects that you can look forward to. My partner has always felt he can't control what's to come on trips so we focus on the logistics, foods/restaurants to explore and check it twice to our destination. Gives him validation, a purpose to investigate and reframe how he approaches the trips, then i come in and see how we can look forward to it together. I think preparation helps. It's extremely hard for him to fly, so we've taken a pause but I admire his strength to meet me in the middle with my spontaneous ideas, for now we do little road trips ❤. He loves photography so we picked up exploring areas of migrating birds and wildlife, we are in our 30s.
This is my favorite episode you guys have done by far!! I'm exactly the same way with tv and movies with my hubby it's are "US" time and we love to talk about what we watch afterwards!!

alcohol free yaaaaay congratulations!!! I don't drink either, I actually never liked it and am so grateful that i'm at home most of the time because juice and sparkling water is probably the best thing ever and far far better than any alcohol...i've never ever not had pints of water between drinks if I had them in the past and I never got a hangover, I realised this was the difference between me and others they just binge drink and i'm like...aren't you thirsty for water?

We have a 2 year old and a almost 10 month old and we’re like well we’re content with 2 but in the beginning we were like way not no more! But now she’s almost 10 months and I’m like ehh we could go for a third but we want them close in age ❤

wild foods and wild teas rather than caffeine, it's so not good for us, we're better off with things like lemon balm, or licorice root tea or aloe vera, wild blueberries, pineapple actually give a lot of energy... our community needs to find a way (Jesus Christ followers) to get off of coffee and increase our wild foods and berries.

Yes! Iceland was amazing! My mom and I went in october. It felt so fresh and clean and pure. We absolutely loved it!
