    We were here in mid October! Had a rainy weekend but it cleared up at night and the stars were amazing :)

    Done the trip over 50 times during 2019 and 2020 with my buddy catch and release fishing. It's well worth the trip for a measly 81m portage especially if you're staying overnight. An extra 5-10 minutes to be on a lake less trodden will always be worth it. This double portage is without a doubt the best one to take if you're planning a portage trip for kids, seniors, beginners etc. Last thing you want to do is be kilometers deep in Algonquin Park with someone who isn't ready for it.

    just watched the video....we had to cancel out on our trip to Sucker this year and hope to get there next year. have you ever tried the Haliburton Water Trails system. some nice lakes to explore in that park

      I have camped there once.. it’s beautiful too! Very ‘wild’ there!
