I've spent my whole life trying to lose weight so I TRULY COULD LOVE MYSELF> I'm 76 and spent the past 2 years loving me as I sucessfully just lost 195 pounds and I'm 5 pounds away from being UNDER 200 pounds for the first time since 1974! I feel good even though I am so older now. I LOVE MYSELF. I see others eat and i'm okay with that now! To sum it up NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS LOSING WEIGHT! God bless you!
