Vegan Brown Stew Tofu | Easy Tofu Recipe

Today we're making brown stew tofu, it's all the Caribbean flavor that we love, in a delicious vegan package. Enjoy!
Recipe:
1 block of firm tofu
1 small onion
1 medium carrot
1 sprig green onion
1/2 bell pepper
2 roma tomatoes
2 large cloves of garlic
1 inch piece of ginger
Spices I used: Garlic, ground cumin, dried thyme
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons browning www.instacart....
1/2 cup of vegetable stock

I try your recipe it was a little too sweet for me so next time I'll adjust the sugar! Over I still gave it a 9-10
