And this was the spirit working through him when he participated with Lawyers from Chile seeking ICC action against Benjamin Netanyahu, his War Cabinet, and the military chief for ‘genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes’.

Rodolfo calls himself a 'Social Christian' and an activist caring for the human rights of children and vulnerable women.
He also advises the public sphere of the National Congress and municipal governments on public policies for the promotion and protection of the human rights of children, adolescents, and vulnerable women, in an advisory role for the NGO ACN Chile and worked with the Mi Casa Foundation in the care of children whose rights have been seriously violated.
Today he lives in Spain and is preparing to defend his doctoral thesis entitled: Diachrony of the Idea of Harmony: Good Life, Common Good and Good Living.
His Master's Degree in Law, Business and Justice; and Constitutional Law, is from the University of Valencia, Spain, where he is also teaching nowadays.
He's authored three books in Spanish on the same topics.
