      Nope! I think of you head further north you'd get a few days that are pitch black but we always get at least a glow on the horizon.

      I live in Cambridge Bay which is not much bigger than the the community I traveled to in the video. I work as a construction project manager.

    Obviously quite a bit colder in northern Canada than at the coast of arctic Norway. Light conditions are much the same though 😇
    BTW: May I ask what you are doing for a living - i.e. what job you got over there ?

      I believe the oceans stays open all year around where you are?

      @@amoriowoods4727 No ice out at sea, but still ice at some inner fjords where there is a freshwater layer on top of the salt seawater.

    Hello from Hungary. I'm just wondering how people heat their homes there. As far as I know there are no trees in that region to use them as fuel.

      All oil fired boilers. The fuel ship comes in once a year and fuel is stored at a tank farm and delivered to individual tanks at each home every few weeks

      There are lots! Need to be cautious. Depending on the community there can be more or less risk. For example in Cambridge Bay there aren't many around
