- I found someone on the internet who makes Shirley outfits and other doll maker clothing. I went to : forgetmenotdolls.com/
I think she might have had some stock on sale because my outfit came in a week and a half. Super fast. Makes me want to pick up a few more so Shirley could have a wardrobe.

I want to learn how to sew outfits for my Lalaloopsy dolls! Some of the ones they’re sold with are just not my taste at all and are cheaply made. It’s amazing how much a new outfit can completely change the way I feel about a doll! Your Shirley looks wonderful!
Thank you. Have you checked the world wide web to see if there is someone who makes clothing for them? I noticed that there are some doll clothing that lists it fits slim dolls and la la's too. Might be worth a try, if the shipping is a decent price.

Very nice dress. They did a great job! I have never had something sew a doll dress for one of my dolls. Sometimes it's worth the splurge for a special doll!
I do have another small Shirley that can use a nice reproduction outfit. I'd like her to look pretty too.

I get what you are saying. I've got kids clothing for my Penny. It still does not have that 50's look. And I know the made for Penny's clothing is really high. Kewpie83 got a poofy slip for her little one and I'm wondering if I bought something like that if it would work better with the dress I have on Penny.
Is this composition or plastic? I don't see any craze lines.
She is composition . I think that her previous mommy might have covered any crazing up with a nice paint job. But yes, I don't see it so maybe they did a really good job on her.
