Egg bites are as simple a 1 ingredient or add as many flavors and taste combinations as you can imagine. Bacon and cheese, peppers onion ham and cheese, simple veggie, add a biscuit, some hashbrowns, low carb, low calorie, or make it hardy. Whatever your mood, taste preferences, or dietary restrictions Egg Bites are the perfect breakfast, brunch or snack. They are great for single folks and feeding them holiday crowds. Use up some of that leftover holiday Ham.

Just the voice I needed ❤ my son leaves for Greece for over 2 years but there isn't a hosp in new post so his wife and kids can't go. They are a strong Navy Fam, that will only get to visit occasionally. Pretty tore up but God will sustain us.

I live alone most of the time. Sometimes one of my grandkids will stay the night, but other then that I'm alone. Anyway I like be able to make things that I can have as a quick meal for a couple days. Like another youtuber says cook once, eat twice or more. So I will definitely be trying these once i can go grocery shopping again.
Love this idea. I’d like to make some and freeze to have something quick for breakfast or snack.
I've made these with my Granddaughter and We put a Biscuit, Cooked Sausage, Taters, Cheese, and Gravy in them and they were Delicious! I had a over sized muffin pan and they certainly made a full meal for the two of us! It's been a few years ago but We had so much Fun together! Good way for homesteaders to use up extra eggs when they are in abundance. Make them up and freeze for use when the eggs are scarce.

These are good sweet also, 1/2 biscuit in the bottom, a slice of apple on top with some raisins or currants, add cinnamon to the egg mixture and a pinch of salt - let them sit for about 10 minutes before baking so the egg gets into the biscuit at the bottom, bake and enjoy

Oh my goodness you sound just like my Aunt Shelby! She lives in the Kentucky Appalachians near where Loretta Lynn grew up. My mom's family is from there and yes, my pap-paw was a coal miner l. I was born in Kentucky and lived there the first 10 years of my life. I live in California now but I am very proud of my southern roots. I'm so glad I found your channel. I love to make these, as I’m a single person household, and I find I don’t like to make breakfast for myself, or bother with the mess, just for one. But I find that if I have them pre-mad, and in the freezer, I WILL eat breakfast more often. I have a muffin top pan, which is shallower than a regular muffin tin, but the muffins are larger. These are perfect for making an English Muffin sandwich. Take one out of the freezer, pop it between the tops of the English muffin, add a slice of cheese, and maybe a slice of Canadian bacon, or a sausage patty. Toss it in the microwave to heat through, and melt the cheese, and there you go- a nice, filling breakfast. You can also make these with liquid eggs, like Egg Beaters, or even just egg whites, if cholesterol is a concern for you. You can use muffin tin liners if you prefer. So many options, for a great breakfast, and easy clean up.
