I was going to say the same thing. And the version on the old LP is WAY better, way tighter than this version. More cohesive. Not sure where you could find that EXACT version, other than an LP.
Led Zeppelin really is unique. All four members are the absolute best at what they do. I fall in love again every time I listen to them. Jimmy and Robert are so visually exquisite and JPJ and Bonzo are the absolute backbone. 💕🎼 🔥

Then the next song you hear ,blows you away and becomes your new favorite, but for a different reason. Then soon they all become your favorite but for many different reasons. The beauty of Led Zepellin improvising live on a fantastic C minor blues. Never exactly the same on any given night, this is them at their absolute best. John Paul Jones is doubling electric piano with the bass line played with his feet on bass pedals. The whole thing locked together by Bonzo, probably the finest 'rock' drummer of all time, leaving Jimmy Page to weave his guitar around Robert's vocals, masterfully letting loose in the instrumental breaks.
yes a session drummer i knew got a copy of unreleased material from a sound enginer at a certain studio it was brilliant all the songs you knew but changed a lot by the improvisations they used in the session
There are quite a few songs from this concert. Dazed and Confused is a 30 min track that literally has Jimmy page become a wizard on stage. Also from this concert is Whole Lotta love, another epic performance that is a must see.
You say you are not musically savvy, but you clearly get it. Led Zeppelin are the greatest band of all time. Basically everything you have said in this reaction is absolutely spot on and I am jealous of you in that I wish I could feel again what it was like to discover this band. As for contemporary bands, there is one that I know of that come close, or as close as a band possibly could, to Led Zeppelin. A band called Rival Sons. I’m not really a great fan of their albums after their third but I go see them every time they are in the country as live, they are astonishingly good. If you do happen to read this comment and are interested in checking them out then I would recommend the video ‘Pressure and Time’ Love your reactions by the way.
@@baronvonthrophousen5930 I haven't seen them live and have only heard them online, songs here and there so no full albums. What I've heard though is all good.
Led Zeppelin is with no doubt the greatest rock n roll band that there has ever been ! Their live performances are the main reason for this statement ! Every performance different as with every song. You never get a repeat . They are so tight as a band, cos they are so loose and free within each song. No other band has this controlled freedom . The band and all 4 members play by feel, they just work off each other, which decides on where they go with a song every single time, its like a new song every time . Truly amazing !
I've been waiting for you to get to this one. This is my favorite Zeppelin performance. The chemistry between Plant and Page is insane! The whole band, really, but especially those two on this song.
You have only scratched the surface, every song you listen to will be your favorite! Led Zep has been my favorite band for over 50 years! You should really watch the 1973 movie The Song Remains The Same ✌💖☮
I have to agree. I feel as if I was so lucky to have seen it all grow from way back then. Nothing has ever had that same magic. It was another time and a different way of thinking so nothing ever will.
I was fortunate enough to see Led Zeppelin live in ‘77. There’s a meme floating around saying in essence that in the ‘70s we paid $5 to see the greatest bands in history, and in the 2000’s people pay $100 to listen to a DJ play songs on a computer. The Zeppelin show as well worth the price of admission. 😜
Yeah, I saw them at Madison Square Gardens in 73. I loved that all the concerts back then were general admission with an open floor where you could work your way up to the front where you felt the music as much as heard it and you could dance and/or puff on whatever. Go to a concert today and everybody has an assigned seat and you sit on your ass for the show with the person in front of you holding their cell phone in front of your view of the stage, while everybody knows that the concert is going to be released on YT with sound taken directly from the board anyway. Concerts today are not only expensive, but the main great thing of the concert experience is completely absent.
I saw them in 1977 also. I was a sophomore in HS. It was the one in Oakland, CA, final band of a Day on the Green, which included the original Journey (pre-Steve Perry), and Rick Derringer. I forget who the other 3 bands were. Those were the days!!
Love your reaction! I'm a 67 year old grandpa and had the great fortune of watching "The Hammer of the Gods", live, 4 times in Seattle. Your reactions put me right back in that stadium. Thank you, Stacey!❤
The studio version is well worth hearing. Robert Plant himself considers it his best performance. It's sublime. Also, Led Zeppelin were, are and WILL ALWAYS BE the ultimate rock band.
@@youreatoilet" Heavy metal" derogatorialy was used in connection with various 60s early 70s bands including humble pie, canned heat, jimmy hendrix, steppen wolf, and led zepplin although we now say black sabbath were the first heavy metal band they probably wernt the main issue is shifting genre boundrys things that 50 years ago were considered hard rock are now more in the soft rock genre Steppen wolf probably has more claim to be the first heavy metal band being the first band to use the phrase in song lyrics
Your notice of jazz influences in the rhythm is spot on: The drummer, John "Bonzo" Bonham, like most every other drummer of the 1960s ALL learned from jazz masters because that's all there was. Bonham is especially influenced by jazz drummer Gene Krupa, who is largely credited with the design of the basic drum kit and for bringing the drums to the music forefront by convincing band leader Benny Goodman to place the drums front and center for the highly successful song SING SING SING in 1931. THE BEATLES * LED ZEPPELIN * PINK FLOYD
The greatest rock band ever. They were a perfect storm of 4 world class musicians. Incredible musical diversity. My favorite Zeppelin song is which ever one I’m listening to
@@briano.1503 Page was, and I don't mean this in a bad way, a very "sloppy" electric player, but he always managed to make the best stuff from chaos. It's a damned gift! (By "sloppy" I mean, say... compare him to Brian May. May is very precise and Page is just all over the place.)
Happy New Year to you. Btw, this song is probably one of the best combined performances by all band members in creating perfect harmony. This is God-like level of talent. 😊 May I suggest The Rain Song next.
This is literally the greatest band of all time... you could literally put out 90% of their songs today (they are over 50 years old) and they would be #1 on the charts no doubt
Stacey, you HAVE to watch the Led Zeppelin movie called, “The Song Remains the Same”. It is mostly their whole concert live at Madison Square Garden in New York 1973. It’s the same concert that you listened to Stairway to Heaven and Since I’ve Been Lovin You. Same show! You gotta watch that movie!!
This is one of my very favorite songs, everything they do is absolutely amazing, it’s hard to pick a favorite. All 4 are the GOATS of their craft, & the combination of them together, is godly. Even back then, no other band even came close.
John Paul Jones is the bass and also the piano/keyboards player. He is playing here, like in others live songs, with a keyboard like an organ. He played the piano sounds with the hands and the bass sound with the feet. He have another set of "keyboard" at his feet. He is largely responsible for the amazing live sound that you hear and in which it seems that there are more than 4 musicians on stage. :) I like what you do and I liked and subscribed from the moment I realized that you listen to music in a way that many do not, even if you say you have no musical knowledge. You have a native ear that feels very well certain things in the compositions, and that's the only way you can discover how brilliant Led Zeppelin are.
This is my fav! I always watch reactions to this song. It reminds me of how I felt the first time I heard it. LZ music has a way of demanding attention. They will forever be my favorite rock band of all time. There is no other like them. Pro Tip: Listen to everything they've ever recorded. Enjoy!
Nice reaction ! Just discovered your channel. They were absolutely amazing to the core. They were the biggest and most successful bands of the 1970s. All were masters of their instrument. Robert Plant used his voice like it was a third or fourth instrument. You did hear a keyboard piano played by John Paul Jones all throughout the song. The bass you heard was played was being played by his feet. It's synthesized bass, but it sounds like a real bass. It's a metal box about 28 inches across and 4 to 5 inches high - with pedals coming out of the 28 inch side of the metal box. He pushes the pedal down for each note while playing keyboard with his fingers at the same time. The reference to "back door man" is an old blues phrase. It's about a guy who is having an affair with either a married woman or a lady who has a boyfriend. When the guy hears the crunching of the driveway stones or the slamming of a car door or the keys at the front door lock or the front door handle being grabbed - he runs out the back door - to avoid exposing the affair. Jimmy Page is a master guitarist to the core. John Bonham on drums is by far the best rock and roll drummer who ever graced a stage. He is lights out, plays to the song and in many cases drives their songs with his loud, thunderous prowess ! They were sex on fire and there satisfy your desire. Robert's was really packing em in there and it was standing room only below the belt. He knew what he was doing going commando ! New subscriber here ❤🎉🎹🎼🎵🎶🎤🎸🎊🥂
Happy New Year Stacey. Led Zeppelin is the greatest band of all time. True Rock Gods. Listen to When the Levee Breaks, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You, and pretty much every song they have ever sang. You can't find a bad song, each is a masterpiece!
I saw Led Zeppelin around 1977 at Madison Square Garden where these songs were recorded a couple of years earlier from these live performances. It warms my heart to see you, as a younger person, genuinely touched and appreciating the music I grew up on as a younger person.
The Song Remains the Same and the Rain Song "back-to-back- same reaction" from this same live Madison Square Garden performance is worth a reaction. Loving your discovery so far...🙏
Hey Stacey, Happy New Year 🎊🎉🥳! Picked a really great song here! I guessed that this would make you smile 😊 Edit: it’s not so much jazzy more blues! A really great fun follow up would be The Lemon song, you’ll love it 😊
Re: Jimmy making solos look easy...I see it this way: Jimmy's HANDS make it look easy. I am a huge fan of Rock, Jazz, and Jazz-Fusion music. I've seen many of the best musicians on earth and I've seen a ton of guitar heroes that play in a very technically precise way. That is not Jimmy's style, though. He is intuitive, he is visceral, he is somehow spiritual in his playing. He goes beyond mere technique, mere Blues scales and "correct" notation when he solos. And it is in his face that you can see the struggle to transcend as a musician...so much passion, so much focus, so open to the Muse, and the power of the Universe. You know? His solos, especially the longer ones, are an improvisational passion-play for him, and it is a beautiful thing. But you can see, in his face, that it is not easy. Truly, there is only ONE Jimmy Page.
On "Since I've been lovin' you" John Paul Jones plays keyboards and the bass guitar! Incredible musicians! You can hear each instrument both individually and collectively! Without a doubt the best band ever, second to none!
Great reaction Stacey! Check out "Ramble On" by Led Zeppelin. "Ramble On" is probably my favorite Zeppelin song. John Bonham on Drums and John Paul Jones on Bass are superb and the stars of this song.
Their song, "Achilles Last Stand," is one of my favorites. I can't imagine how they could perform it live because its relentless drive would be exhausting to perform.
There is not much for me to say about Led Zeppelin but what I wanna thank you for reacting to one of my favorites songs from them. I have being listening to their music for decades and just can say I haven´t been able to listen to all of their music but like must of it. Watching you react it is a lot fun, together with the music. For me this another way of having fun. Thanks!
Happy New Year, Stacey! First of all, that's a fantastic reation. You describe yourself as someone who is not knowledgeable about music, but you articulate very clearly how the music moves you and how you feel when you hear it. You've been listening to a lot of Led Zeppelin's live performances on stream, and that's great. I would also recommend going back (on your own or on stream) and listening to the album versions. Led Zeppelin was definitely a "jam band," and their live performances featured a lot of improvisation (which comes from Blues and Jazz) and extended variations on the theme of the song as it was recorded in studio. Every member of the band was a musical genius on their instrument (or instruments), but for my money the secret sauce of the band is John Paul Jones (playing keyboards on this song and on the live Stairway to Heaven you watched). He primarily plays bass and keyboards (switching as needed) but he also plays a number of different instruments like the mandolin. He doesn't have the charisma and showmanship of Page, Plant, or Bonham, but without him adding just the perfect notes and tones and inflection with his instruments to mesh with Jimmy's guitar and John's drums the music wouldn't sound as sweet or be as incredible. Jimmy Page really does have a real "love affair" with the guitar as you mentioned--a number of first-time reactors who see Led Zeppelin's live performances comment on how he seems to understand the language of the guitar. Every great guitarist has his or her own unique style, and Page seems to feel and experience the notes with his entire body, not just his fingers. And kind of like you talked about your own expressions during the reaction, that emotion gets reflected on Jimmy's face as he plays. He loses himself in the music as much as the audience does. Robert Plant is definitely unique, and every charismatic male rock singer who claims Plant wasn't an influence wishes that he was as cool as Robert Plant. He has a charisma on stage that is infectious. As you point out it's playful, whimsical, and sexually charged all at the same time. In a stadium of 50,000 people he is the alpha cool cat, and he knows that he holds everyone else in the palm of his hands. It never comes across as arrogant or seeming like he's trying to show off--that cool and that swagger just oozes out of every pore and the man can't help it.
This is probably my favorite Led Zep song. Still remember a summer night when I was like 17 and we were chilling on a hill at a camp fire getting wasted. My friend listening to this song completely going to another dimension and suddenly getting a seizure. Slapped his face to get him back and he's like dude leave me alone, I'm seeing an amazing green light and he has his best time. That song really gave him a seizure 😂 Crazy night

Don’t worry, you’re going to have about 10 more favorites as you go forward. Save yourself some grief and don’t find a single favorite. Pick a favorite from each album and then you have all the live performances to choose from too! Have fun.
4 guys, each immensely talented, who together were way more than the sum of their parts. No two performances ever the same, the guys were just always in the groove. So many songs to recommend, “Immigrant Song” “In my time of Dying” “The Ocean” “Fool in the Rain” “Dyer Maker” - what the heck, every Zeppelin track is worth getting to know!!!
I've been looking forward to your reaction to this song. As you said, It's a masterpiece, and even though you say you don't know anything about music, your analysis is spot on because you pay close attention to the music and you feel it. Concerning a favorite Zeppelin song. I've found it's usually the last one I listen to. You have plenty of suggestions for what's next, but here are three that are entirely different: Going to California, Thank You, and the Rain Song. One last thing, damn that Robert Plant (I say with a smile), 50 years later, and pretty young women still swoon. Happy New Year.
One of my most wonderful memories is walking around Athens in the early 80’s listening to Zeppelin 3 on my walkman. “Out on the Tiles” also a great song on that album.
If you want to check some of their more mellow, acoustic songs, try these out: 1] Friends 2] Babe I'm Gonna Leave You 3] The Battle of Evermore 4] Going to California 5] The Rain Song 6] No Quarter 7] Ten Years Gone 8] Down by the Seaside 9] Poor Tom
Your facial expressions are captivating...Brings me back to my childhood back in the 70's and watching my female friends listening to Led Zeppelin for the first time.....with that same awe and reverance that shows on your face.
First of all great reaction and great description of Led Zeppelin. There are so many great Led Zeppelin songs and performances to explore. So far you reacted to 2 great live performances at MSG 1973 (one of their greatest concerts), one fabulous performance at Knebworth 1979, and 1 video. I would suggest reacting to studio versions of either Since I've Been loving You (it's different but will create the same emotions ), or Babe I'm Gonna Leave You. Another option would be a live performance from one of their early concerts at The Royal Albert Hall 1970 reacting to the songs I Can't Quit You Babe or Bring it on Home (Robert plays harmonica in this one). Lastly President Obama honored them at the Kennedy Center in 2012, and I would recommend reacting to heart's cover of Stairway to Heaven which was part of this ceremony.
If you can find the two together I highly recommend watching "The Song Remains the Same/The Rain Song" from this same show. The reason is they flow together and that's how Jimmy played them during the set. It's about 13 minutes of pure genius.
Stacey, You have selected another Zeppelin masterpiece. These white boys from England nail the blues/soul music of America. SO good........... I admire your effort and attitude. From the start Jimmy's guitar is on fire. Jimmy Page is rated in the top five of rock guitarist. John Paul Jones is on keyboards and pedal bass. Lastly John Bonham is doing his usual magic with the drums. Pay special attention to Robert's vocal entrance! Speaking of Mr. Plant he is rock'n his usual great hair and skin tight blue jeans. Your smile girl is breath-taking!!!!! May I suggest you locate & review Gallow Pole and or Misty Mountain Hop to name just a couple.. They have so many!!!!!........... Lastly, there is NO bad Led Zeppelin music or videos, none!!!!! Thank you for this lady..... Do these men know how to close a song OR what???????
Since you're an animal lover. You might want to check out( bron y aur stomp) the live version is really good. Along with going to California. Robert had a blue-eyed Merle that had passed away so he wrote a song about his dog. don't confuse it with Bron y Aur which is acoustical. You probably really like (thank you) also and (going to California ) you're doing a fantastic job with your reaction so true and passionate
They were honoured in 2016, Jack Black was the narrator and big artists took turns playing songs from them. The president is there and everyone you can think of. You should really check it out or even react to Heart doing stairway To Heaven with the original drummer John Bonham son on drums.

I was there! Graduated 1971. Was a huge, short-haired jock my 4 years of high school. We jocks met are mortal opposites, (the stoners) around 72. Became acquaintances, they got tickets to this concert. Now, them stoners had some Orange Barrel Acid. I took mine, walked into a fully lit arena, shuffled along with crowd. Was so buzzed I forgot why I was here and why was I walking this way. Then bam, metal barricades threaten any further movement. Why? What? Dang it, I think I walked the wrong way, considered turning to go the opposite way. But why? Where are my friends? I started to turn to walk the other way. Fortunately a beautiful girl with flowers in her hair grabbed my arm, handed me a joint and assured me that I needn’t go the other way. Way higher now, colors, sounds, visuals heightened but why? Then Bamm!! The lights went out and Robert Plant was ten feet in front of me singing, ‘been a long time since I rock and rolled’ I will spare you the rest of the story but holy shit I love those Stoners. 1973, MSG Longer version of this story was sent to Rolling Stone, NYT, LA Times. They never replied. Writing career over before started.

As a Brit, its so lovely that youve found our music ( Floyd Zeppelin Genesis etc.) its easy to think weve just gone to pieces in the UK , but we still have our music . And dont forget , this is just one example of Zeppelin being influenced by American Blues . Its what got me into that genre !
All 4 members of Zeppelin were magnificent at their craft. Plant on vocals, and Jimmy Page on guitar…they’re a master class in Blues Rock, Rock, and early metal. Bonham was a magnificent drummer, JPJ on keyboards. A collision of brilliance that spawned one of the greatest rock bands to ever exist!

What makes Led Zeppelin better then every other band, every single one of their songs is great, & their love of different genres. They definitely aren’t a one trick pony, you can tell they each live & breathed their craft. Their concerts lasted for 3 to 4 hours, they were more creative with their songs on stage. They aren’t just one of the best individual or as a group, each are the GOAT, & together they are GODS!

Authentic. You put it perfectly. the music is authentic and raw and emotional and not ruined by AI or autotune. This is done by musicians with super talent and creativity and artistry. The passion in Robert Plant's singing and the emotion of Jimmy's playing (not to forget the powerful backing of JPJ and Bonzo) is what makes this song outstanding and one of the best by Zeppelin

single time, its like a new song every time .
You should really watch the 1973 movie The Song Remains The Same ✌💖☮
What a privilege it was to grow up in a time, when bands like Led Zeppelin were a current band !
so true!!!
I have to agree. I feel as if I was so lucky to have seen it all grow from way back then. Nothing has ever had that same magic. It was another time and a different way of thinking so nothing ever will.
I would have lost my F#%##%ing mind as a teenager listening to this ... they are straight up GODS
Also, Led Zeppelin were, are and WILL ALWAYS BE the ultimate rock band.
the original heavy metal band even
@@adeptusmagi Zeppelin were never metal! They were hard rock but helped create metal, Sabbath were the first proper metal band in my opinion
@@youreatoilet" Heavy metal" derogatorialy was used in connection with various 60s early 70s bands including humble pie, canned heat, jimmy hendrix, steppen wolf, and led zepplin
although we now say black sabbath were the first heavy metal band they probably wernt the main issue is shifting genre boundrys
things that 50 years ago were considered hard rock are now more in the soft rock genre
Steppen wolf probably has more claim to be the first heavy metal band being the first band to use the phrase in song lyrics
@@youreatoilet Beatles - Helter Skelter was the first Metal song. Then, maybe MC5.
@@adeptusmagi sorry to tell you, Led Zeppelin hated being called heavy metal, they play many genres & heavy metal isn’t one of them.
My favorite Zeppelin song is which ever one I’m listening to
Between Zeppelin & Floyd, there is nothing else that reaches their tier 💖
I would say TOOL fits perfectly in this tier
I,m a die hard zeppelin fan from the 70's but discovered this cool band Nightwish!
Oh man... just add THE BEATLES and you have the perfect classic rock trifecta!
the guitarist is the most talanted person I've ever seen...........An opinion shared by millions 🙂
Mr.Jimmy Page taught me a ton of guitar.
It's either him or Jimi Hendrix. I have to leave Andre Segovia in a league of his own.
I'd say we have a top 3... Jeff Beck (RIP!) at number one, then Pagey, then Hendrix (also, again, RIP).
@@mooniejohnson Stacy made the comment in the video so I just added "an opinion shared by millions. btw I agree with your top 3. 🙂
Jimmy Page - guitar
Robert Plant - vocals
John Paul Jones - bass and keyboard
John Bonham - drums
Happy New Year to you. Btw, this song is probably one of the best combined performances by all band members in creating perfect harmony. This is God-like level of talent. 😊 May I suggest The Rain Song next.
John Paul Jones is playing electric Piano and playing bass pedals simultaneously with his feet. A thing you learn playing Church Organs apparently.
He was playing an organ in this song
This is literally the greatest band of all time... you could literally put out 90% of their songs today (they are over 50 years old) and they would be #1 on the charts no doubt
John Paul Jones, bass, keyboard, John Bonham, drums,Robert Plant, vocals, harmonica, Jimmy Page, Guitar, each member,a virtuoso of his instruments
One of the Greatest Bands of all time. Bonham, Plant, Paige and john Paul Jones along with Pink Floyd are my top two.
Kashmir at the same concert is a must!John bonhams drums are amazing
Led Zeppelin is my favorite band of all time.
Thank you for the New Year Led Zeppelin! Great to see you enjoying them. I saw in 75 & 77. They had a presence like no one else.
I like what you do and I liked and subscribed from the moment I realized that you listen to music in a way that many do not, even if you say you have no musical knowledge. You have a native ear that feels very well certain things in the compositions, and that's the only way you can discover how brilliant Led Zeppelin are.
Absolutely my favourite Zeppelin song.
This is my fav! I always watch reactions to this song. It reminds me of how I felt the first time I heard it. LZ music has a way of demanding attention. They will forever be my favorite rock band of all time. There is no other like them.
Pro Tip:
Listen to everything they've ever recorded. Enjoy!
Led Zeppelin es lo más grande no ay otros como ellos
New subscriber here ❤🎉🎹🎼🎵🎶🎤🎸🎊🥂
Well described
Happy New Year Stacey. Led Zeppelin is the greatest band of all time. True Rock Gods. Listen to When the Levee Breaks, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You, and pretty much every song they have ever sang. You can't find a bad song, each is a masterpiece!
I saw Led Zeppelin around 1977 at Madison Square Garden where these songs were recorded a couple of years earlier from these live performances. It warms my heart to see you, as a younger person, genuinely touched and appreciating the music I grew up on as a younger person.
No wonder why they are regarded as the holy grail of rock bands
The Song Remains the Same and the Rain Song "back-to-back- same reaction" from this same live Madison Square Garden performance is worth a reaction. Loving your discovery so far...🙏
Hey Stacey, Happy New Year 🎊🎉🥳!
Picked a really great song here! I guessed that this would make you smile 😊
Edit: it’s not so much jazzy more blues! A really great fun follow up would be The Lemon song, you’ll love it 😊
if you have never heard or enjoyed Led Zeppelin's music you live in poverty
@@fredtello 🤣 not poverty, maybe sonic poverty 😂! She’s enjoying it that’s the main thing!
Best summation of Page's playing I've ever read. So true.
Whenever I’m asked what my favourite Zep track is.This one always comes to mind.
They are 4 of the greatest musicians of all time each recognized as the best at their craft
On "Since I've been lovin' you" John Paul Jones plays keyboards and the bass guitar! Incredible musicians! You can hear each instrument both individually and collectively! Without a doubt the best band ever, second to none!
Great reaction, Stacey! This is a Zeppelin song that really shows their roots in the Blues.
Great reaction Stacey! Check out "Ramble On" by Led Zeppelin. "Ramble On" is probably my favorite Zeppelin song. John Bonham on Drums and John Paul Jones on Bass are superb and the stars of this song.
Yes, Ramble On. So good. Maybe my all-time favorite song by any band. Just incredible.
Their song, "Achilles Last Stand," is one of my favorites. I can't imagine how they could perform it live because its relentless drive would be exhausting to perform.
Watch them play it live at Knebworth. Absolutely EPIC!
Totally agree with all of that, and definitely listening to more of the studio tracks that we all grew up with and that are works of art for sure.
Jimmy has a direct line from his heart to his guitar
and Bonzo is a monster on the drums.
He hits verry hard when needed.
A LONG TIME AGO THE GIANT LEGENDS WALKING ON EARTH WITH CREATIVITY AND INTENSE EMOTIONS. PINK FLOYD, LED ZEPPELIN, DEEP PURPLE, URIAH HEEP, CREEDENCE, THE WHO, LYNYRD SKYNYRD, THE YARDBIRDS, SABBATH, SUPERTRAMP, DIRE STRAITS AND OTHERS LEGENDS.
NEVER MORE EARTH HAVE THIS TITANS OF MUSIC.
Happy New Year Stacey! Led Zeppelin is a legendary band, so many great hits, you'll love them. "Kashmir" is one of my favorites.
You are giving us the most emotive and extremely eloquent reactions. Thanks.
Keep going.
I seen them in Chicago 1973 when they did this same concert. Best band ever to grace the stage!
Another Eargasm brought to you by the Mighty Led Zeppelin!! There are many more to come...
And more Led Zeppelin from Stacey! Also the performance I was hoping for. All is right with the world today.
This is my favorite performance of my favorite Led Zeppelin song... Oh, my favorite reaction too.
If you want to check some of their more mellow, acoustic songs, try these out:
1] Friends
2] Babe I'm Gonna Leave You
3] The Battle of Evermore
4] Going to California
5] The Rain Song
6] No Quarter
7] Ten Years Gone
8] Down by the Seaside
9] Poor Tom
Your facial expressions are captivating...Brings me back to my childhood back in the 70's and watching my female friends listening to Led Zeppelin for the first time.....with that same awe and reverance that shows on your face.
Definitely my favorite Zep song, especially this performance from 'The Song Remains The Same' movie! Such great blues guitar from Jimmy!
The blues are foundational to rock, Led Zeppelin are *masters* of electric blues, and this song is exhibit A.
Stacey,
You have selected another Zeppelin masterpiece.
I'd describe this as Blues Rock! Great performance and reaction!
Love your reaction. First time watching your channel. Led Zeppelin is a great deep dive. Then I'd go Pink Floyd, and The Doors.
They were honoured in 2016, Jack Black was the narrator and big artists took turns playing songs from them. The president is there and everyone you can think of. You should really check it out or even react to Heart doing stairway To Heaven with the original drummer John Bonham son on drums.
Hi Stacey. Just subscribed to your channel. Welcome 🤗!!!! Huge music lover here and Zeppelin is a band you need to dive deeper into. My favorite band of all time!!! So much soul and total musicianship with all four members!!!! You’re just getting started… so much great music to discover and hopefully you’ll enjoy your musical journey…… looking forward to your future music selections . The great thing about music 🎶, is that it brings people together…. Keep rocking 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶….
John paul jones plays the baseline on base pedals underneath the keyboards so he's doing both
I was there!
Then Bamm!! The lights went out and Robert Plant was ten feet in front of me singing, ‘been a long time since I rock and rolled’
I will spare you the rest of the story but holy shit I love those Stoners.
1973, MSG
Longer version of this story was sent to Rolling Stone, NYT, LA Times.
They never replied. Writing career over before started.
65 year old man still listen and love this music, Used to sit on the settee during school holidays listening to this as a child loving it and it is just as important to me now , Enjoy you will never forget it.
Led zeppelin captured their audience with their delivery of the music. No one else did it better.
The bluesy soul of Zeppelin ❤... I'm about to lose my worried mind...
Led Zeppelin are still the most important band in Rock n Roll history.
Sorry my friend the Beatles were the nexus for the evolution of modern rock.
Here's wishing the delightful Stacey a very happy new year I so hope you will have a great new year and it just started with the Legendary Led Zeppelin who you genuinely appreciate there great music and your comments say it all and your heavenly beautiful smile it's always a great pleasure to see you fronting this slot you are a great asset who we all truly appreciate. Keep up the great work you are totally awesome 🎉😊
Happy New Year Stacey ... One of the best bands of the last 30 years that not enough people have heard of is Porcupine Tree . I can't recommend enough watching the video ...Porcupine Tree Trains - ( from Arriving Somewhere Live in Chicago )... Even a mid song guitar string break adds to the performance .
JPJ and JB were the solidity behind the band that allowed Robert and Jimmy to express themselves . Which they did so perfectly.
Yes, No Quarter is very cool, but even cooler is Dazed and Confused from MSG 1973.
The GOATS OF GOATS…I know I always sat that…at 71 I am still in love with their music! They never get old for me! 😎🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 My Dear you are not a used up athlete! Just like Marines, once and always! It’s the Blues my dear, even thought they will add elements of jazz from time to time! These dudes were in their early 20’s! If you like this check out Steve Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble. They much be seen live! Blessed New Year!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
"Whole Lotta Love" should be on your list.😎
Esta es la cancion mas hermosa de todos los tiempos
