Are you typically allowed to hang curtains rods and art? Are you then responsible of covering holes?

We never hang curtain rods, but we do hang art. We always ask the homeowners permission before we put nails in the walls. We do not patch or touch up paint after we hang nails.

Yes, we often have a property painted before we stage. If we are replacing light fixtures, we have a contractor do it.
