So if Naruto didn't have Kurama or controlled him he would've come back 10 maybe 25 times stronger than he was.

Rayleigh has Conquers Haki that just activates when he wants too as fast as the eye can blink unlike Frog Song that requires 10 mins of preparation time for Ma and Pa to clear their toad esophagus and gathering toad chakra

@@aster390it doesnt "take a lot of time". they had to get away because they were trying to stay as hidden as possible in a battle like this and their location would have been intercepted, especially because of sound.
it takes them little time to get the melody ready, and the effects do already start taking place when they are preparing it.
