Madara... it's hard to rate. Basic Madara easily defeats bijuu (according to the databook, half a fox can easily destroy the world. These are monsters that create natural disasters with a simple movement), as we learned from the battle with Obito - becoming a jinchuriki of the ten-tails, a shinobi receives the physical characteristics of a juubi concentrated to the scale of a person. But considering the achievements of the characters with statements - as a minimum, it is quite possible to give the level of the country.
Durability is the same as strength.
Endurance:
Kaido can fight for days.
Madara can fight for days + almost endless chakra + super regeneration + immortality (Guy “almost killed” Madara BEFORE he absorbed the tree. Even by destroying his body, chakra and soul, you will only send him to be revived).
Speed:
Kaido hypersound (precognition is not speed or speed of perception. As Egg Head once again confirmed - the characters are not even close to the ability to perceive the speed of light, for them it is actually a sudden teleport over a huge distance. Again, if the characters had such speed - they would it would take a couple of seconds to get to any place on the planet.
Again, how can the admiral be the fastest character thanks to his transformation into light - if half of the extras there have super-light speed?). Madara: at least 500 speeds of sound due to the characters’ achievements (whether it’s creating fireballs with speed or covering huge distances faster than the Sharingan can see), much higher if you focus on words and databooks.

But Madara simply has TOO MANY abilities, many of which could by themselves ensure Madara's victory (several options for immortality (+ "spare lives"), goododam (atomic splitting, damage to the soul, blocking regeneration, zeroing energies, can annihilate a huge zone by exploding as Obito showed (Kaguya was going to destroy an entire dimension)) × 10, Limbo (can use all Madara’s techniques, invulnerable to normal attacks), genjutsu (according to Itachi, it affects souls, changed to those who do not have chakra, was used on souls and the dead), manipulation of souls (do you want a dozen ghostly dragons at once?), etc.

I'd like to call into question how fast pacifista beams are. Are they ever stated to be light speed or are they only based on Kizaru's beams? I dont wanna look for the statement tbh

@@Utorihoshi I've recently started to doubt this logic though. To be Based off of something, you don't need to be the same, nor function at the same level. I can make a car based off the Mach 5 from Speed Racer, but it doesn't have to do everything the Mach 5 does, nor does it have to be made of the same material.
Not only that, but the Pacifista beams are just blatantly slower than beams that Kizaru shoots. If they were really meant to copy Kizaru, and not just have the looks based off of him, why would they be so slow? We know because of how much of a perfectionist Vegapunk is. He would never consider something so inferior to be finished. I think that it be more likely for these beams to just not scale to light, because the only similarity between them and Kizaru's beams are their looks.
I wanted to know what someone else thinks about this because the Pacifista lasers seem super inconsistent with the rest of the story, unless they weren't light speed. Also, I know that they're called lasers in translations, but the fact that lasers are made of light clearly wasn't taken into account when he made them much slower than light.

Luffy easily dodged Pacifista beams in base right after the time skip. After his base speed increases and his Observation Haki is dramatically better, he was hit multiple times by Kizaru in their fight. He was in Gear 5 when he was hit too. I'm pretty sure there's no way to make Kizaru as fast as the Pacifista lasers. He's either FTL or those are slower than Light
