Just to let you know the dollar tree has a substitute for the oxi clean. I think it's called awesome clean or something (lol), but it's the same thing!
You say 10 oz of soap is sufficient to wash an average of 400 loads. Therefore, each load receives 0.025 oz of soap. A paper clip weighs 0.49 oz. So, you’re washing a load of laundry with soap equal to half the weight of a paper clip. Do you honestly believe that’s enough?
Made some tonight! Cut up the soap bars with a scissors and put in blender. Put some oxi-clean in the blender also. It helps the blender fine cut the soap. Then dump everything in a garbage bag. Tie it tight and double bag it. Tumble the bag to mix. Easy! I put it in three old plastic containers. Thanks for sharing!
Great video. Love the tip of microwaving the soap for 7 seconds. Have you tried using essential oils instead of the downy unstoppables? It is healthier and better for your skin and less expensive. The unstoppables have a lot chemicals in them and are expensive. I like to make my own products because I like natural ingredients abs try to avoid chemicals because it's much healthier and the savings is s nice plus.
the baking soda ots to reduce the Ph of water higher than 7. becuase tjhe durst are soluble in basic medium than neutral or acide medium. ..remeber this ph acide bitween 3 TO 7 ph neutral 7 ph basic BETWEEN 7 AND 14 ...the organqiue substance produce by human skeen if they are oxxydising they turen black..this susbtance of skine synthesie are soluble in basic Ph
Oh my! You use a HUGE excess of two different alkaline water softeners. Maybe you believe doing so improves cleaning effectiveness. (It doesn’t.) Note that baking soda, partially neutralized washing soda, is not an effective water softener. It’s just a filler as used here and should be omitted. 3¢-7¢ per load, not what you wrote. Not a detergent. Soap is the only surfactant. Also, it’s very dilute. Like washing with plain water. AVOID THIS RECIPE!!!

The EOs are poisonous.
Thank you!!
Why a dedicated grater? It's soap. It will wash off!

Add baking soda to ammonia. Sniff. How well did it deodorize?

It’s not an effective water softener. Reacts with hard water contaminants much too slowly to be useful.
