- Chris plays on his Suzuki chromatic harmonica SCX-64,16 Holes, 64 notes, in key of C, in several octaves a version of the classical piece "ODE TO JOY", composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. I like several pieces of Beethoven very much, especially this piece, from the 9th symphony. This song is SPECIALLY DEDICATED to my granddaughter "BRITT", because she brings so much joy and fun in our lives!!

If you take requests, I would love to hear “Ochi Chornya” (Dark Eyes). My father used to sing it to my daughter who has very dark brown eyes. Despite the lyrics of the song, it makes me think of the treasured bond between grandfathers and grandchildren.
I would love to hear something Dutch; something that every Nederlander would say, “Natuurlijk!” when asked if they knew it.

Dank voor je complimenten, Ode to Yoy was 1 van de eerst geuploade songs zonder begeleidende achtergrondmuziek.
Ik speel nu 3 jaar chromatische mondharmonica.
De Suzuki SCX-64 is een perfekte chromatische mondharmonica, een goed glijdend mondstuk en de luchtdichtheid is redelijk, dit is wel erg belangrijk.
De Suzuki SC-56 en SC-64 hebben een betere luchtdichtheid en een nog beter mondstuk, is erg belangrijk, maar zijn veel duurder.

Yes, I know what kind of instrument you mean: it's called an ocarina, it has a wonderful sound, it's a windinstrument, it looks like a recorder, but much smaller, an ocarina isn't so large as a recorder.

I bought this Suzuki chromatic harmonica SC-64 at Harry's trading in The Netherlands.
I live in Holland you know, these harps are magnificent, they have a very good airtightness and the mouthpiece is sliding very good between the lips, all these things are very important !!!
I play on the SC-56 - 14 holes - too, both types are very expensive, because it are professional models.

I cannot play my harmonica at this moment because I have big troubles with my right shoulder, I cannot raise my right arm enough to hold my harmonica.
I will visit my surgeon Thursday, they have made 2 X-rays and an ultrasound in the hospital overhere, I will get the result from my surgeon Thursday.

This was my third song I uploaded on UA-cam, so I was a beginner on my chromatic Harmonica, and I still am, because I play my chromatic harmonica since January this year, but I practice every day to improve my playing in the future!!!! I will go for it.

The Suzuki's scx are a very good choice, a very natural sound, a good airtightness of the mouthpiece and a very good sliding mouthpiece between the lips, very important.
The choice between 56 or 64 is very personal, if you buy the 56 you have less lower notes and you have more higher notes you will never play, if you choose the 64 you have more lower notes and less higher, with 64 notes you can play all music.
